Description of Work: Cares nothing about quality of work or cost to customer. Main focus is keeping the majority of money he is receives from customer and paying out as little as possible to have the work done. If you hire him you can expect that the majority of sub contractors, roofing. Drywall, masonry, tile, providers will only be available to work on week-ends and have accountability to no one. It is a mistake to consider him a full service contractor who is capable of taking on large remodeling projects.

+ -1 moreI contacted Mr. Terry Perkins and asked him to give me an estimate for a 2 bedroom condo renovation located in Redington Shores Florida. I stated to Mr. Terry Perkins that I wanted the work done before January 2015. I live out of state and made arrangements for Mr Terry Perkins to see the condo in mid August 2014. I also sent him a detailed description of the work we wanted done as well as pictures. Also the person that showed the condo to Mr. Perkins was more than capable to articulate the scope of work we wanted done. More than a month after Mr.Terry Perkins saw the condo he made contact with me by voicemail, text message and e-mail stating that he was working on a proposal and would have it for us in a few days also he said it would not be a problem to get the work done before Christmas....Well a few days later Mr.Terry Perkins sent me an e-mail stating that he could not give us an estimate because he "had too much to do and not enough time to provide us with a quote". This is extremely disappointing as it is almost October now. This guy led me to believe he would give us an estimate and almost 2 months later he then says he can't provide it. Unprofessional

+ -1 moreI would never recommend them or use them again. Just don’t use them. They are not quality oriented. It is all about getting more money so many things weren't covered, they want to split hairs over paint and say that you have to pay more for something that was in the contract. They are just a disaster. Very way pricy. Not much value for the money. Overprice I would say.

+ 0 moreTerry Perkins took the stress out of a potentially very stressful situation. I did not have to do a thing after hiring Terry. It was great to have someone I could trust to take care of everything from start to finish.
Description of Work: Terry Perkins was very prompt and responsive. He listened to what we wanted done, evaluated our structure and gave us a thorough and honest estimate. He coordinated the schedules of all the workers (carpenter, tilers, painters, etc.) and supervised their progress. The workers he scheduled were also prompt, respectful and did great work. Each worker, without exception, arrived on time, worked well, were polite and cleaned up at the end of their day. Terry coordinated each aspect of the job, inspected the work and arranged for all the permits.
