Brian the installer did a great job, hot as it was he worked on my project till it was done, came back the following day to finish up and to show me the operations of my SunSetter Shades. Brain put us first through out the project and made sure in the end, we were completely satisfied with his work and the product. The shades were more that what I first excepted, they look great on our sunroom. Dave the owner gave us a great product and we love it.
