)He was scheduled to do my home inspection on Tue 3-3-2015 around 11am he called and said closer to 12;30 then called again to say a little later due to accident witch was understandable. When he arrived in an suv I asked how he was going to get on the two story roof and his reply was he doesn't get on tall roofs, he was later able to get on it from a breezeway using a fold up ladder.
He wasn't able to finish since it got late so came back the next day (3-4) at 3:30 to rush thru the rest of it. When he finished he told me he had another job to do the next day so I wouldn't get the inspection till thur.afternoon on  the 5th. Today is the 6th and my last day for any inspections and I still don't have it, he said he had softwear problems and I should get it today. It's probably  to late to do any renegotiations on the house.
Also failed to get pictures of a tree penetrating the roof.
I've had many home inspections done but never any that took four days.

Mike was very through and professional.  When he finished his inspection he explained his findings to my satisfaction.  He sent the reports in a timely manner.  When a small error was found on one report he had it corrected and resent it to me within 24 hrs.  No issues, very professional!

.I had signed a contract to purchase a Townhome in Seminole, FL. It was a very nice area and seemed spacious and well kept. FORTUNATELY, I hired Suncoast Professional Inspection Service. They saved me from buying a dangerous unit. The wiring was wrong, the hot and cold water was reversed in certain areas, the garage disposal had the electric connection exposed outside the unit, and THERE WAS NO FIREWALL between the units. Thanks to Mike for saving me from making a BIG BIG mistake. He was very professional, provided a great report with clear pictures of all areas, plus he seemed like a very nice person. I will not buy anything in this area without using him!

They came to inspect the home that my wife and I eventually purchased. The inspector did an average job as there was some obvious stuff that he didn't point out to me as we were doing the walk thru in addition to it not being mentioned in the report. After being in the house for a little less than a month, I've begun to notice more stuff that was missed; stuff that a professional should have been able to pick-up on. In addition, an electrician discovered some items in the house, that the home inspector stated "is not present," which is the most frustrating/upsetting part of it all. The inspector was professional and prompt in arriving in at the appointment, but it did take some time (2+ days) to get the report to us after I had paid for it. They sub-contracted Cameron Termite for a termite inspection and he did fine work in finding problem areas.

I used this company to do a residental mold inspection. Michael was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He made my experience so much easier.
