Contracted for annual pest control in August... Since then have had called company to to re-spray 3 times.... Have not seen one dead roach... Only live ones.... What are they spraying???

First of all this was a terrible experience. I was away on a trip and my fiance called (after hours) because of a loud noise in the attic. The tech that came out was great and professional. The tech and the secretary quoted my fiance 350.00 to come out for the after hours call which in understandable. The tech found a dead already trapped rat in the attic and removed it, like any good tech or company would do. When calling to make the payment they proceeded to charge us 350.00 for the after hours call, along with 150.00 to remove a already dead in trap small rat. So it was 150.00 to walk a rat in a trap 20 steps out the front door, instead of the company just doing the right thing and charging 350.00 for the service call. Im sorry but 150.00 for a small dead rat removal that took 15 seconds and 20 steps out the door to do is ridiculous and not a customer focused business at all. There was no customer focus, remorse, or professionalism in this business.

Micah came to spray my house for bugs (yearly spray). He saw I was wearing a mask and immediately offered to put his on. He was quick and thorough and answered all my questions. Sprayed the baseboards, put bait in common areas, pointed out a spot on my front door I should get fixed (a gap where they can get in) and did the outside of the house, too.

Dave King was absolutely fantastic. He crawled under our house to assess our problem, explained everything, and performed treatment. Cost was reasonable, and we feel like our problems have been solved. Would highly recommend Dave and Suncoast!

DOUG CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR IMMEDIATE TREATMENT AND ANOTHER FOR PUTTING THE SKIRTING AROUND MY TRAILER THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER. THE FIRST ESTIMATE WAS FOR EXCLUSION OF RODENTS INCLUDING SEAL ALL ENTRY POINTS, PEPPER SPRAY UNDERNEATH, SET TRAPS, BAIT, REMOVAL OR CAUGHT RATS, REBATE AND REMOVE. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN WITH HIS SERVICE THAT HE HAS PROVIDED. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND EXPLAINS FULLY WHAT HE IS DOING TO MY UNDERSTANDING! VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION OF HIS CUSTOMERS!!! HE CALLS WHEN HE IS ON HIS WAY OR GOING TO BE LATE! I WOULD DEFINATELY REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, FAMILY OR NEIGHBORS!!

Excellent. John C., the rep explained everything clearly and precisely. Answered all my questions. Came in house wearing a mask. (Not the only bid I had.) James and Yole completed the team. Work started 11/18, completed 11/20. Showed up on time. Did an excellent job. Polite, organized, neat. Cleaned up 100%. Would recommend Pestwise. And hire them again in need arises. No photos since 99% work in the attic.

Eddie is the best! Not only did he recognize the source of the problem and create a customized plan to treat the problem, he spent extra time explaining how to prevent further damage and how to mitigate damage to the furniture. He was super-knowledgeable and very personable. He also identified issues that needed our attention that were not related to the termite issue. I would highly recommend their service and their technician Eddie in particular. Kudos, SunCoast, for employing such a great professional! We plan to renew our termite contract and be loyal customers!

Obtained and paid for services with a one year contract. Initially Mark came and did a super job. Found and sealed an entry point, got rid of the rats and came as often as needed. All was quiet until late summer when again there were noises in the attic. Mean while Suncoast was calling and urging us to renew the contract. A young man came instead of Mark who spent all of 5 min looking in the attic and setting a trap. He returned at our request and removed 2 rats from the trap. When asked how was he going to locate the entry holes he did not know how to answer. We asked him to return with Mark to set a plan. He agreed to call by Fri. No call. Then we smelled a foul odor. We called Sun to ask for someone to please come and were told no. We had to wait two more days and begged them to send someone. When he finally reurned there was a long dead rat in the trap. It took days to get rid of the smell. Needless to say we will not be renewing the contract. They were reluctant to be helpful when it became obvious we would not renew the contract. Clearly they were more interested in renewing a contract than meeting the obligation of the initial contract.

Badly. Exterminator was unkempt. I would not ordinarily have admitted someone looking like that into my home, but he had the company credentials. He avoided as many places as possible; I had to walk right behind him to make sure he got (I hope) most places. I had bought a discounted year's service and would have loved that, but not after the first visit. I had billed to American Express, which advised me to call the company. I tried several times and gave up. Then Amex also tried to call the exterminator office. Left several messages, but got no answer and finally denied the claim. Then I received another bill in the mail. This company has used up its chance to make its case both with me and with Amex, whatever its case might be. As the charge was denied, I paid nothing. Therefore, cost of service in box below is zero. I wish they would have done a better job and I would gladly have hired them for the year. I gave up and found another exterminator.

We do the Once A Year Service the same for every home and it does not take this long. You were requesting services to be done that were not a part of the Once A Year Service. You are correct you did follow him around, so you DO KNOW that he treated all of your home plus more. I myself spoke with you a week later and explained the situation to you. You did not request any money back nor did you state you were going to stop payment on your AMEX. There have been no other calls from you to this office. I want to state that a credit card company does not call nor did they call regarding this. They mail a dispute form which I am disputing. You did not give us the opportunity to come back to your home to even try to resolve your unfortunate dissatisfaction. I hope you have a Blessed Holiday. Loretta J. MacDonald Office Manager"

We contracted with them to do rat exclusion. The technician they sent had no construction background and permanently damaged our vinyl siding. We had to get a siding contractor to repair and our only option was to replace the whole wall. Despite agreeing to pay for the damage, Suncoast never followed through with their promises despite repeated emails and phone calls. I reluctantly leave this negative review after over a year of following up with them in hopes they would live up to their word.

I called SunCoast on a Saturday and the rep was very helpful in giving me an estimate right away. They were very easy to schedule. We had technician Roger come over to do the pest treatment. He was very thorough. He first asked us if we had seen any pest problems. He then identified problem areas. He explained to us which areas and how he was going to treat and what should we expect after the treatment. He was very personable. He was very comfortable to work with. I am glad, we had him as our technician.

This review is long overdue as this company has serviced my home for at least 8 years. Manager Loretta is an awesome communicator. My most recent technicians were fantastic as well, and really went above and beyond in my opinion - Todd, who has a fascinating and encyclopedic knowledge of insect behavior :), and David, who took the time to point out some maintenance issues in my attic/on roof that required attention that were completely unrelated to his scope of work. All are personable and pleasant, on-time and thorough. Cost below is for both termite and annual pest control 1150 SF home - a bargain.

Not good, technician spent 30-40 minutes on inspection. For a home my size it should have taken a minimum of 2 hrs. for inspection. Just flashed a flash light in attic. I knew I had termites but his inspection didn't state so. I would not hire them again for any of their services.
