Suncoast Hydro Cleaning

Mark from Suncoast Hydro soft washed my roof, and it looks fantastic. He was very responsive and on-time. Very please with service, result and price. Highly recommend.

Mark uses a soft wash. Much better job cleaning and less damaging to the roof than pressure washing. Took precautions to protect lawn & shrubs. Nice to deal with a Professional.

Mark did a soft wash of my roof and cleaned all my gutters thoroughly. I also hired him to power wash my porch and driveway. He did all this for a very fair price, and did a great job, including cleaning everything up afterward. Mark was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. This week, after Irma came through, I had a roof full of debris again. I called Mark to see what he would charge to come and just blow off my roof again, and he came over the same day and did it at no charge. What a great company! I will definitely use him again, and would highly recommend Suncoast Hydro Cleaning.

Everything looks great. He is very conscious of protecting landscape while working.

I have a 20 year old tile roof which hadn't been cleaned for a while as I was nervous about someone pressure washing and damaging my older, fragile roof tiles. I saw Mark's truck at another customer's house and noticed that he does a "soft-wash" on roofs using chemicals (and not high water pressure) to kill algae and clean your roof. I talked to him about his process and checked out his reviews and was satisfied, so I hired him to clean my roof. The results totally exceeded my expectations, I couldn't believe how clean my roof was. I've attached before and after pictures of my roof. Mark was conscientious, on time, and even helped me with a few other things that I needed done on the outside of my house. Highly recommended.

Mark Wethington, The owner, came, explained in detail the process of covering all the shrubs around the house and keeping them flooded with water to protect them from the solution of chlorine and water they would be using to clean the roof. I have had my roof cleaned before with and without the chlorine mix. The mix is definitely more superior. Mark's method of doing the job was also superior. I would recommend using him.

He did an excellent job. The pool screen and cage were green and now it is white again. There was was area that needed to be redone and Mark was back within two days to correct. I was impressed since he already had his money.

Very well. Worked us right into his schedule when I desperately needed help with some outside maintenance before a school party. Very thorough and willing to help me move outdoor furniture / plants too before the project .

Mark did a great job on our white tile roof. He was prompt and friendly. He explained the process to me and later to my husband. He was available to perform the work within a week.

They arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning the roof and the sidewalk and driveway. There was minimal damage done to the shrubs and plants around the house.

Mark stopped by my house and quoted a price for the work and scheduled a performance date. Mark and his son arrived on time and did the job. It took a little over 2 hours to complete. The pool cage looked very clean and there was no damage to the screens. The front bricks were also clean without any problems. I expect to use them again to maintain my pool cage.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED MY HOME AND NOTICE OVER THE LAST YEAR THAT MY TILE ROOF WAS BECOMING 'DIRTY'. AFTER CONSULTING NEIGHBORS, I LEARNED THAT SUNCOAST HYDRO CLEANING OFFERED A 'SOFT WASH' THAT ELIMINATED THE BACTERIA THAT HAD FORMED ON THE ROOF. THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING!! LOOKS LIKE NEW!!

They arrived when they said they would, actually they were 10 minutes early! Unheard of with vendors in Florida! They took great care in setting up and protecting my landscaping before beginning the job. They work well as a team and my roof came out looking brand new. They moved some lanai furniture that could have been exposed to the cleaning agent, and put everything back where it belonged before they left. I was impressed with their work ethic and the ability to get the job done efficiently.

it was a very short notice request and he modified his schedule to accommodate me.  He and his son worked very hard and did a great job.  My neighbors were also impressed.

Overall excellent in every respect.  Vendor covered all plants with canvas before operation and carefully watered affected areas during the entire operation... a service lacking in previous experiences with other vendors with resulting damage to plants by chemical "burning".  Very punctual for both estimating job and on date of service.  Has done significant business in our neighborhood based upon personal recommendations from satisfied neighbors.  Highly recommended in every way!

It went very well, exactly as advertised. The fungus which was the source of the discoloration on the roof was treated with appropriate chemicals and then pressure cleaned.  The results were stunning.  The roof looked as good as new!  The driveway only required pressure cleaning and again the results exceeded my expectations.  Upon completion of the project Suncoast Hydro Cleaning thoroughly cleaned the worksite and then a couple of days after the service the company owner, Mark, came by to ensure I was satisfied with their work.  Great performance and customer service!

He did a terrific job. I liked his work ethic. He was professional and was on time. He educated me with what was going on with the discoloration of my shingles. I learned from him and knew more about what he was doing and why he was doing it. Other neighbors were using him and he was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him.

It was absolutely excellent, almost unbelievable. He arrived 5 minutes early for his 8am appointment and gave a follow-up call after the work was done! When my husband did an inspection, the job was done perfectly!

Mark came for to do a free estimate at $90.  The job took less time then anticipated and only charged $75.
Punctual, professional, nine year old pavers look like new!
