Description of Work: Went to the 66th street location. The man that received my machine spent the entire time on the phone instead of interacting with me and when I picked up the machine, continued to visit with another man in the shop. I had to call to find out when my machine was done and he was unable to tell me what repair was done. I had to read the ticket myself. Customer service was poor. I haven't had a chance to use my machine but it appears that the did some routine oil and adjustment. We shall see.

Description of Work: They serviced, oiled, adjusted and did a few minor repairs to a 60 year old sewing machine.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my sewing machine and advised my on bobbins and quilting materials.
