They were fantastic- professional, informative, and cleaned up well. I recommend them to anyone. They are everything you would hope for from a vendor.

The installation was perfect and timely and the men were professional. At the time of my purchase I was told by the sales staff that the screens were guaranteed for life....if I damaged them or the dogs jumped on them, they would be repaired. Fast forward now 8 years and the screens frames are corroded and falling apart. I called and spoke with the owner who didn't seem too surprised this was happening and told me the screens have no warranty. I am very unhappy with the manner in which the product was sold to me and NOT happy to have to incur the cost of having 12 screens replaced a short 8 years later. Overall I am very happy with the windows; they look great and have stood up well.

Steve is a pleasure to work with and his people did an outstanding job. We have already started the next project and have ordered new hurricane impact entry way doors from Steve.

A couple of the windows were defective. They had new ones made and just finished the job last week. We're glowing. The house is just super. We appreciate the lower electric bills. He did a good job and his workmen were really excellent. He gave me a price and stuck to it. He came when he said he was going to. The windows are superb, and we're very, very happy. They're impact-proof and have UV insulation in them. They provide real insulation. We spent a fair amount of money on it. It is nice. We walk around all the time, looking out the windows. Our electrical use is down about 20 percent. The workers were very considerate and their workmanship was very good. They cleaned up. When they left, you could eat off the windowsills. They were really good and competent. It was two guys that worked like a team. They knew what they were doing. They moved all the furniture. We didn't have to do anything. They moved it all, got in, did the job and got out. There was no damage. I was very impressed. You could really trust them.

I had checked numerous other door and window providers in the Tampa Bay area and was very pleased with the quality and price of the products. Steve explained the various features, Low E, high impact, etc., and was very helpful with any installation questions. A friend who purchased windows and had them installed was very pleased with the timeliness, service, and quality of the installation crew. Steve is very professional and a heck of a nice guy. Amy is also very helpful, thorough, and easy to work with. I have recommended them to others and would use them again if needed.

On 8/27/2013 Steve responded to our request for an estimate to replace two windows, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Steve answered all of our questions and explained what the options were in detail. We signed a contract and were told that the windows would be in within 8-9 weeks. Eight weeks later we were informed that they had arrived and installation was scheduled for 10/30/2013. Two installers arrived a little before 8:15 and were at work by 8:30. The job was completed before 12:00 (noon). I was very impressed by the skill of both Zoli and Matt (the two installers). Zoli made sure I understood how the sliding windows operated and answered all my questions prior to final payment. Both men made sure that the two rooms had been cleared of any debris by using a shop vac. I'm extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the installation. My wife and I highly recommend Steve's Windows and Doors.

After waiting for 5 weeks he first brought the wrong sized door. I then had to wait another 3 weeks for the correct door.

Steve arrived on time and was was very knowledgeable about the windows and doors and provided me with various options to suit my needs. He took time to answer all my questions.
The installers arrived on time and completed the work in one day. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up when they were done. They also observed all condo rules.

They completed a lot of work with only one screw up, a broke tile in one bath room. I did not report this to Steve as matching that tile isn't going to happen as it's 40 years old and it hides behind the shower curtain. One slide was broken on new window which was pointed out and it was already on order. This was done over 4 months as four different jobs and every time things were done on time. UPDATE Called vendor because one window would not go up, came that day and had it working in a few minutes. After seeing him do it they should need to be called in the future on this.

Our salesman, Lee, explained everything to us about the windows and how the job would be done. Their prices were extremely competitive and we decided to go with them. The job was completed in one day. We had a couple of things that needed to be replaced (damaged screen and damaged rollers). These repairs were completed within 2 weeks, as soon as they received the parts from the manufacturer. We are very satisified with the windows. We noticed improvement immediately. Our AC does not come on as often, and it is so quitet with the windows closed. Karen, our office contact, was also very helpful. This was a project that was completed with a minimum of problems.

I was satisfied. They seemed to be on it and the job turned out good.

From the quote to the cleanup this was a superior experience. Windows arrived sooner than promised and installation was quickly scheduled. Installers arrived promptly and worked steadily to complete the job in a day and a half. They cleaned up after and were pleasant to have in our home. Our communication with Karen in the office was also very courteous.

That was fine, except I am having trouble with the locks, particularly the lock on my back door. They are very responsive when I have called, but they haven't been able to fix the lock. We have been unable to get together, but of course it is not an emergency. They would have come right away, but we have been unable to find a time that works for both of us. The doors and installation were great, and they were very helpful in assisting me with the paperwork for My Safe Florida Home. They cleaned up after themselves and they did good work. I have been happy with them and am confident that they will resolve the lock issue.

They are a very reputable company and I had no problems with the service. They also were able to answer all questions and filled out appropriate paperwork.

They did a good job of installing. They could have cleaned up a little better. I had three different occasions where I've called back to have some adjustments made. The first couple of times they were very responsive. They came out and fixed what I complained about. I made a big mistake of not checking everything before we finished it up. When they started to put up the hurricane shutters on a couple of the door, the brackets that they put in place didn't fit. They were very responsive in all of the things that they did. Overall work went well and they cleaned up after they were done. Price wise were acceptable. Got job done in acceptable time. Their craftmanship was very good.

I thought that was expensive. They had a lot of work going on, so it took awhile to get scheduled with them. But they were there on the date they scheduled, so there's not fault to them. Everything else was done right.

Steve came to us for a quote and spent a lot of time talking about our replacement options. After signing a contract the windows arrived within the designated time. His great team of 8 or so guys came out and installed all the windows in one day. They were all very nice and were able to answer any questions I had. They left the area in and out of the house acceptably clean. There were a few spots where they caulked over peeling paint. I called Steve and it was fixed that day. They did a great job with a great product. The problems: he told us a bunch of things about the permitting process that were not true. He thought he was going to install shutters (misunderstanding?); when we called him about a door quote he wanted to schedule the shutter install. We told him we were going with someone else. He later called to tell us he was getting threatening letters from the city about the permit. We went to the city and they showed us the 'form' letter sent to him. Still no door quote.

I've had two doors replaced in the last couple of years: One, through a large hardware store, and the front door through Steve's Windows and Doors. The door replaced by the hardware store is difficult to lock and unlock and sticks. The door replaced by Steve's is perfect. I thought the price was a little high when I first saw it but the difference in the quality of the installation was worth it.

They came out to give me an estimate, with in two days of my phone call. The estimate seemed reasonable, so I went with them. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks, before the windows would be ready. I was a little disappointed in that, however, the windows came in three weeks. So, I was very happy with that. The three men that came out to install were very nice and professional. They made sure that they cleaned up all the mess and told me, if there were any concerns to give them a call. The total time to install and frame(put up molding) was just 6 hours. One window did crack, as they were putting it in, however they called it in immediately and ordered a new pane to be installed with in two weeks. I would and have already recommend this company to friends and would use them, again.

From start to finish everyone was professional from the sales people to the technicians. They are extremely neat and picked up all debris. They showed up on time, worked through the day without complaints. When I had the inspection done, they responded very quickly to adjust a window which was in question. Furthermore, when I needed paper work for an insurance discount, they got it back to me within 24 hours.
