Patience is a virtue. Both Steven and Lauren were great to work with. Waiting on the correct parts too a week and 3 seperate trips to my home b4 the project was completed. I am happy to say the dryer is no longer making that loud squeaking sound. I was happy to see Appliance Pro acknowledged my Military Veteran's discount but not happy with additional fees such as a "Trip Cost".

After getting ahold of Stephen, we were able to come to an amicable solution to address my concern.

He was nice. But what I didn?t like is he made it seem like it would be a reasonable repair price over the phone and ended up overcharging us and saying he couldn?t fix it until Monday. He also said he would be there in a half hour but it ended up being over an hour. He came in he didn?t take the dryer apart at all he just looked inside and said it was a bearing and he had to order the part which I had to trust him to come back and that it would be 320$ it?s 79$ for them to come well angis list quoted 240$ all that money you can buy a new used dryer with warranty for 300$ I see he installs dishwashers for 150$ I think he played me and couldn?t do the job or something. I?m so upset. He wasn?t rude though he was nice to me I just think the whole interaction and his service was a joke. He made 79$ for not even 5 mins of his time. My step dad is here now cause I called upset and he came over and said it was just a lose part!!! Maybe if he went back there and looked at it and opened it up it could have been fixed for what I paid him. You?re suppose to trust these people you just meet. Also angis list gives your number out to everyone and you get countless text messages and phone calls.

I was VERY pleased with Stephen, he was professional, efficiient, fair and personable. When my ice maker stopped working, I called Stephen, purely based on reviews and I was SO glad I did. He responded immediately and came the day I called. He asked the problem as well as the make and model of my refrigerator before coming at the time we scheduled. He showed me the cost of the parts he needed to order and told me the cost for his laborin order to quote the price. (I thought the price was fair given the cost of parts but rated him 4.5 on value, simply because I had no other estimates to compare with his price.) He was able to get the part and install it the next day and very quickly. The service fee was waived since I hired him. I would definitely call him again!

Son in law stole my money. I had to contact the owner the father in law to refund the money. The father in law/ Owner was very apologetic and very polite this could have been a one time incident so if you go with them make sure it's not the son in law

The repairman was great, Angi service is terrible. You get inundated with calls even after you've booked with Angi. The repairman's phone number was relayed by Angi and was blocked as a "Scam" number on my phone. I did not get the calls for scheduling the follow-up visit from the repairman because of this. I was one week waiting for the part to come in and then had to change my business travel plans to accommodate rescheduling, and it was all due to missed communications because of these strange numbers. I signed up with Angi so that I could eliminate having to "shop" for a reputable company to do the work that I needed, but Angi is just a go-between to feed companies leads. Not what I signed up for.

Arrived on time and did an excellent repair!

They responded very quickly. The owner personally called me to find out exactly what was my problem. We made an appointment, and they were on time. The technician was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, explained the problem and was polite. He had to order the part, so he made arrangements to return with the part. He came back on the date specified with the part, installed it with no mess or commotion, and now we are back running again. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

We were unsure if we were going to lose everything in our freezer & refrigerator. Yes, it was full. Hubby called Angi. The owner, Stephen, called and promised to work us in. Contact was great, he let us know that his previous appointment ran longer than expected. He kept our appointment. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Stevens appliance repair was quick. My refrigerator water dispenser wasnâ t working and I also found the cooling fan was broken, too. They came out Friday afternoon. Diagnosed the problem. We agreed on a price. They ordered parts and came back in less than 24 hours and everything is working well now. I accidentally overpaid. They came back and gave me the extra money. They are honest!! Highly recommend.
