ST PETERSBURG WINDOW SALES

My house has aluminum sash windows installed in the 1980s that became so troublesome that I had given up on them for ever working again.  The spring window balances and parts to hold them in place were busted.  Looking on the Internet for tips, there is a bewildering array of possible repair parts and no clear instructions how to fix them anyway.
On a tip, I went to Window Sales with an example of a bad part...and walked out the door within minutes with exactly what I needed and a hands-on demonstration using a new model window with how to make the repair.  I've been back several times to replace additional parts, as well as to replace the cracked glass in a large window.  Same day service.  Amazing.
The store has been around for eons, and represents the ever-dwindling locally-owned store that can provide you immediately with parts to fix a variety of problems, accompanied by friendly and experienced advice that works....and is far more effective than what you might be able to find on YouTube.

Excellent Arrived on time, finished as planned and cleaned up nicely

The staff and building are modest and unassuming, but service and politeness are normal.

I SCHEDULED AN APPT TO HAVE THEM COME OUT. THE MAN CALLED FIRST, WAS ON TIME AND LOOKED AT ALL OF MY WINDOWS. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE COST OF REPLACING THE WINDOWS AND DOORS HE FOUND A WAY TO REPAIR THE SLIDERS AND THE CRANK WINDOW THAT WOULD BE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE TO ME. HE WAS VERY HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AND REFER THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS WINDOW REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS.

PROBLEMS INCLUDED WINDOWS THAT WOULDN'T OPEN AND ONE THAT WOULDN'T STAY CLOSED. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE DID THE REPAIRS QUICKLY AND EVEN ADDED GUIDES ON TWO OF THE WINDOWS SO THEY WOULDN'T RATTLE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
