Liane was a wonderful realtor and a great friend throughout! She was informative and supportive and is truly top notch in her trade. As a first time home buyer, Liane's knowledge and experience was truly indispensable. I wanted to know anything and everything about every step of the process and Liane gave me the what, how and why of everything so I could really understand everything that was going on and feel confident in my decisions and our course of action. Purchasing a short sale can be really difficult and Liane worked tirelessly to get my deal to close as expeditiously as possible.
Making the decision on buying the house and then getting a mortgage is an exhilarating, exhausting and emotionally draining process but having someone strong and confident to help me work through it is the only reason I was able to buy my first home CONFIDENTLY.
Even after being in my home for 3 months, I still go to Liane for advice on contractors, landscapers, pest control and she's always happy to help and point me in the right direction!

They were really good. We have dealt with a couple of real estate agents down here during the time we were looking for a house. They were wonderful. We moved here a few months ago from Philadelphia. The realtor did a lot of research on what we were looking for because we were still living in Philly. We came down here on a Friday night and we just had a Saturday to look. So, he knew that our time was really valuable. When we got here, he met us first thing in the morning. He had everything outlined and he gave it to us before we got here. He gave us a list of homes and all the specifications and everything. He picked us up and took us to all the different homes. He was really very forthright in saying that we shouldn't even consider it. He could see the good things about the house. The first visit, he kind of got to know us. By the time he came out the second time, he knew exactly what I was looking for and he had the house. He walked us through everything because we had to do everything long distance. He was wonderful. We had no problems whatsoever. There were no glitches or anything. He kind of hooked us up with things that we needed along the way. I told him certain things that I was looking for like the cleaning lady and he got me the one that they use. He did a couple of other things like that along the way. I can't say enough about Keller Williams Realty and we were very lucky. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
