THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, IT WAS RUSSELL AND TWO OF HIS EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK AND EFFICIENT, DONE IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THEY WERE PLEASANT, THEY ARE SO GREAT TO WORK WITH THAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO CALLING THEM AGAIN.

EXCELLENT WORK. I CALLED THEM IN MORNING AND THEY PROMISED TO HAVE A TECHNICIAN THERE BETWEEN 2 AND 3 PM, THE SAME DAY. THE TECHNICIAN, BOB, ARRIVED AT 2:30 PM AND WENT TO WORK. HE PUT DOWN A TARP TO PROTECT THE KITCHEN FLOOR AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. BOB THEN TESTED TO SEE IF THE SINK WAS DRAINING PROPERLY AND IT WAS. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY WILL BE THE FIRST PLUMBING COMPANY I CALL IN THE FUTURE IF I NEED HELP.

BOB EDICK WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE ON THE PHONE; ARRIVED AT THE TIME HE STATED; IDENTIFIED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEMS PROMPTLY AFTER HAVING DESCRIBED THE PROBLEMS TO ME AND DESCRIBING WHAT HE WOULD DO TO FIX THEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS; PRICE WAS REASONABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE SKYWAY PLUMBING AGAIN.

RUSSELL WORKED FOR A LARGE PLUMBING COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND FINALLY DECIDED HE SHOULD BE IN HIS OWN BUSINESS. HE WILL DO WELL SINCE HE DOES A GREAT JOB FOR THE RIGHT PRICE.
