Description of Work: Shapes is a great place to work out if you like a womens only club. I enjoy the fitness and aquatic classes. They also have a sauna, hot tub and pool, which is nice. I think that the one drawback is that the temple terrace location, although nice could be cleaner and more updated. Most of the instructors are very good. I would recommend it but definitely they need to update their faccility and be much cleaner.

For our 1st visit we were to complete weigh-in/measurement paperwork with counselor, then be shown how to use equipment. No counselors were available and the center was total chaos - clearly over-enrolled. No one greeted us or even checked to see if we were members! We began our workout on our own, waited 15 minutes for most equipment. The machines were sticky, broken, and one treadmill even had a wad of gum stuck to the handle that obviously had been there for some time. There were no wipe dispensers for members to clean the equipment before/after use. The jacuzzi had scum floating in it and in the sauna was a used sanitary pad. Overall the place was totally disgusting. As we left, a ''fitness'' counselor was smoking outside the front door.I called the next day, have left messages 7 times since, have not received a single return call. Subsequent visits manager never available and counselors were rude. There is no listed number to the corporate office, centers will not give it out. We w
