For a first time home buyer with naive trust in a Florida realtor we have had roof leak, pool bust, floods from sum pump not explained, sprinklers not explained and turned out to be broken, no disclosure of roof issues, pool issues, and many other home attributes either falsely explained or out right lied about to us. Integrity is not what this realtor Debbie Bross represented and her firm, ERA Lambrecht has failed to do anything but try to support their defense of paperwork instead of taking care of a new home buyer that trusted their agent who turned out to be misleading and unknowledgeable of her property's (Debbie bross). Be wary of this agent and her real estate Firm, ERA Lambrecht.

Excellent overall experience. Before hiring Shane, we spoke w/ several of his former clients. They all said they would never work with another real estate agent. We now feel the same way. (In fact, we've hired him to sell the house we're moving out of.) Shane and his assistant, Beth, were a pleasure to work with. Shane is very accessible, and he has excellent follow-through. He is the consummate professional, and he takes a ''win/win,'' ethical approach to negotiating, buying and selling. He helped us arrive at a fair offer for a one-of-a-kind home (very difficult to comp), and he has helped point us towards helpers with the subsequent home repairs. Shane is not cheap, but, to us, his services are worth the extra expense. Our buying/selling experiences have been much less stressful because of our confidence and trust in Shane. He is an absolute pleasure to work with.
