The earliest they could get someone out was Friday. I also talked to them about fixing my AC unit and the soonest was a week later Friday. That is just Ludacris. The web system is all screwed up. I tried to log in with the contract number and that wouldn't work so it forces you to log in with the phone number. You finally get a hold of someone, if they speak English well then you get the fun of trying to navigate. I basically told them to put their AC system and put it where the sun doesn't shine. I would not recommend these people for anything. Pricing is all pretty much the same but the pricing for the service is crap. The guy they sent out two years ago did a temporary fix but didn't fix the system.
