I contacted Seneca by email to provide them with an opportunity to perform exterior home contractor services because a close friend of the Seneca owner recommended them. I didn?t get a reply to my email, so I called the owner, Blair, expecting him to say that he hadn't received my email. But apparently he received my email and simply chose to ignore it. He didn't have the courtesy to reply--even when referred by his friend--to report that my location was a little out of his service area. I was shocked that he wouldn't politely respond when referred.
.He was flexible and willing to accommodate any changes along the way and managed his sub contractors extremely well. He came in on time and under budget and had very good ideas all through the job.
Would and will use him again in a second. They are doing our roof next
