I was referred to Scott Blair from someone he did work for, he was prompt, polite, paid attention to detail and created a work environment that was clean and professional. I honestly couldn't be more happy, it was a great team efforts and I will use his company for any additional jobs we need.

I contacted Seneca by email to provide them with an opportunity to perform exterior home contractor services because a close friend of the Seneca owner recommended them. I didn?t get a reply to my email, so I called the owner, Blair, expecting him to say that he hadn't received my email. But apparently he received my email and simply chose to ignore it. He didn't have the courtesy to reply--even when referred by his friend--to report that my location was a little out of his service area. I was shocked that he wouldn't politely respond when referred. .

Seneca Construction was our general contractor on this outside project. THis project took almost 1 year and was major project. April 2014 it was completed or should I say almost completed. Mr. Blair received a margin on all contractors We needed a few items completed It was a total of 5 items. Biggest mistake we did not hold any funds back for these items. It has been over 5 months trying to get Mr. Blair to finished . He did call me a few weeks ago and I called back giving him dates when it would work for him to come out. He never called me back After 5 months this is crazy. I'm very frustrated and will be getting another contractor to finish the job. A job is not completed until it is completed. Sadly, this project was not finished by Seneca

Scott and his team were awesome in our kitchen remodel. He was there on the job all the time with his crew and subs and they all did way more then was expected and even hoped for. They were always on time, worked hard, and left our home neat. Worked efficiently and politely. A re-model is no fun particularly when you are kicked out of your kitchen for over a month (with 4 kids) but Scott mad the whole experience a pleasurable one. He was flexible and willing to accommodate any changes along the way and managed his sub contractors extremely well. He came in on time and under budget and had very good ideas all through the job. Would and will use him again in a second. They are doing our roof next

Scott Blair and his team are very professional, prompt and friendly. The estimate was complete and the job was very high quality. Our goal was to enhance the look of our front entrance...our home is elevated and we had a 20-year-old wood staircase. Scott had some great ideas, brought material samples to us and they did a great job re-building the staircase and greatly enhancing the aesthetics on the front of our home. Work was high-quality and the team is very friendly, and professional.
