SEKAS CUSTOM POOLS

Sekas no longer takes my calls, after the corner piece fell into the pool he dispatched a guy. He fixed the corner piece, leaving the damaged pebbletech for the guy who would fix the rebarb rust spots. That guy never showed, nor did anyone to fix the pebbletech.

After numerous phone calls and bunches of promises my problems remain unfixed. I guess I began annoying him as almost without fail his phone would go to message.

Start to finish, this has been beyond our expectations. There has been no adjustment to the quote (not one penny) and everyone who has been in our backyard in the last 7-8 weeks from Sekas Pools has been professional, friendly and provided quality service. We couldn't be happier with our pool and hot tub. We had quotes that were lower cost and after comparing and quot;apples to applesand quot; feel 100% confident we made the right decision.

Sekas was AWESOME! We have a extremely deep pool and our property is surrounded by water which creates a risk for the pool to and quot;popand quot; out of the ground. Sekas' team was terrific, I honestly cannot say enough positive things. The crew was efficient, clean and responsive. Erin Sekas guided us to make the best choices for the tile work - which we love. Best of all, they completed the work AHEAD of schedule. I highly reccommend John Sekas and his team.

We are happy that we selected Sekas Pools! John Sekas was very patient an gave me tons of help making the initial design decisions: size, shape, features, tile color, pebble-tech color ... there is a LOT to decide! Not only wasn't I rushed, he gave me expert insights, along with helpful pictures and a full range of options. The construction period was tricky because we didn't actually live here yet (we had a general contractor in charge of the property, with John installing the pool concurrently with other renovations). As a result, we had minor issues with communications and scheduling. However: at the end of the day, after the construction, it's all about the pool in your backyard that you are going to live with for years, and ours is PERFECT!

Anybody can tell that it turned out beautifully (see pics). But beside it being pretty, other professionals have remarked on the excellent construction and quality. People who know pools and have seen the results of less fastidious contractors. They have pointed out to me the smoothness and precision of the surfaces, and other indications of top quality construction.

We did have an issue with a small dark stain in the pool. Because we didn't move in until a month after the pool was finished, we have no idea when it appeared or what the source was. Therefore, we didn't initially engage John, but we asked the pool service people try to remove the stain. They managed to remove it but it was back within a couple weeks. They told us to contact John to make sure it wasn't a rebar issue. John had a ticket opened promptly, and somebody came out to determine that it wasn't a construction (rebar) issue, as well as to remove the stain. Not sure how they did it ... but it has been months, no stain.

We would definitely recommend Sekas pools.

Sekas Pools is the only way to go for pool design or remodel. We had a great experience and feel comfortable that the pool and continued service will live up to the company's good name.

Being new to the area, we did our research to find the most reputable local company. Two of our neighbors said they wished they had used Sekas Pools because their construction was poor quality, the job ran very long, etc. We are happy with our choice.

They did an excellent job for us last year and their service has been great. Their follow up is also great and there is no cost on the service call because we are still under warranty.

Sekas Custom Pools did a very good job and they were on time. They were good to work with and after we had minor problems and they were very responsive. They fixed the problems quickly and I was very pleased.

Excellent work and excellent workers - all pleasant, knowledgeable everything was done in timely manner and done to perfection overall design plan was outstanding - willing to work with us and meet our requests.
