There on time.  More than responsive, proactive in analyzing the situation and providing the perfect solutions.  The "RV"door to my motorcycle trailer and one of the windows were both without keys.  Mathew solved that problem in short order, and working outside in the rain to do it.  Great attitude, great job.  Security Lock & Safe and Mathew are now my permanent locksmith.

It went great. He was very professional and nice. He even did more work after doing what I had originally called him out for and was very patient with me about it.

I went to the shop and talked with Carlos (a most knowledgeable and professional man) who triied to help but felt that Mathew (lock installer and guru of all difficult tasks) should really come out and see what I needed. This would be a no charge estimate visit. Although I had used Carlos before it was always at the shop and always a good experience.
Imagine my surprise when Mathew came out at the scheduled time, looked at everything, figured out a solution and gave me an estimate by phone from the shop that same afternoon. Today, the day he thought the new lock would be in, he installed it, made extra keys and fixed my screen door so that I could also lock that with a key. It was exactly what he quoted, even with a few extra keys.
Having retired after 44 years in property management, I have dealt with many locksmiths. Some good, some not so good and some absolutely awful. This is the most competent knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced locksmith that I have ever used. I cannot recommend them highly enough. What a wonderful discovery. In the future they will get all of my lock business.

Rich arrived early, inspected each area to be worked on and performed service on all doors, they all operate now using same key.

Very well. I made an appointment with Jay for the following day and he showed up right on time. He quickly analyzed the situation and made his recommendation. He was friendly and outgoing. The work, which consisted of drilling a couple of holes for the lock and deadbolt, putting a pin in the doorknob and cutting some extra keys took only about 20 minutes. He cleaned up afterwards adn we chatted as I wrote the check. I would definitely use Jay again and highly recommend him.

This company saved us from great distress. They were the only company of several that we called who answered their phone lines after hours. We had tried calling many on Angie's List first to no avail. So we searched for other local companies not yet on the list and thankfully found this gem. The locksmith responded immediately and met us within a half hour of our call. He got us back in quickly and was kind enough to make us a spare key on the spot. The charge was very reasonable for an after hours call and the man couldn't have been more pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend them.
