Once they analyzed the problem, I took care of it myself. I'd probably search around next time for somebody who had a little more reasonable price.

I had bought the new Craftsman 3/4 hp garage door opener that included all new controls and safety beam. The installer was excellent. I revealed that I am somewhat of a tool belt diva and asked to watch, even though installing garage doors is outside my skill limitations. He was very accommodating and explained everything as he went. My door and rollers are fairly new, so they remained. He tested every part of the install and made sure it was running smoothly and that all the buttons and remotes were working. He took away all the old equipment and cleaned everything up. I don't think it took him more than an hour. My new opener is quite a bit quieter than the old one, too.

We have bought appliances from them over the years. We have always had pretty good results. I have been lucky in not requiring services for my appliances. Their prices are probably comparable with anybody else. We didn't have to call back with any problems, but they seemed to be knowledgeable and helpful.
