CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE WORK TO BE DONE, AND EXPECTED OUTCOME.MR. GELINAS TOOK EXTREME CARE WITH PROTECTING SURROUNDING WALLS, FURNITURE ETC. PRIOR TO BEGINNING HIS WORK. VERY WILLING TO EXPLAIN PROCESSES AS HE WORKED. TREATED MY HOME AS IF IT WERE HIS OWN. VERY PROFESSIONAL. BEAUTIFUL RESULT. WORKED VERY HARD TO PLEASE HIS CLIENT. I'D RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
