The wonderful write-ups for this company are true. Alan responds quickly though they are very busy and it's a while before the work can be done. I had four dining room chairs with original upholstery including a few collapsed seats and two large wing chairs with their original upholstery from the '50s. Alan permitted me to supply my own fabric so I was able to save there. We made arrangements for pickup and he took the chairs to the Schramek shop. They were there for approximately 10 business days. The chairs were delivered last week and they are beautiful. All of the original upholstery detailing has been recreated and I am delighted. In fact, I've made arrangements with him to do another piece soon.

Alan did an outstanding job of refinishing my sofa. Unlike many others,he encouraged me to purchase my own fabric. When I found some I liked at Jay's Fabrics, he went to the store to see if it was of good quality - it was. I used ultrasuede and initially wanted to reuse the tapestry the covered one side of the back cushions. When I asked him to just use a band of it on the cushions, he was happy to accommodate. Ultimately, he told me how much he liked the finished product and he would suggest it in the future. His family had worked my my former in-laws through their antique shop , and the quality was just as high.

They did a fabulous job on the upholstery and were very friendly and professional. They even restuffed the loveseat and made new cushions for it since it had been purchased at a thrift store without even charging me extra. They were all extremely nice, punctual, and very willing to work around my schedule. The furniture was picked up and delivered based on my availability and the work was top notch! Some of the fabric was difficult to work with since it had patterns but they even told me how much to order based on measurements taken in my home. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I can't say enough good about this company. I had to change my date of service the last minute, I changed the type of fabric we had agreed upon, I even had to ask them to pick up and drop off the chair because I didn't have a vehicle big enough to do so. I provided the fabric, they provided the labor. Excellent Job. Can't say enough good things about them.

I was very happy with the service Mr. Schramek provided. He gave me an estimate for the cost of the 4 chairs and also how much fabric I would need to purchase. Once I delivered the chairs and fabric to him, they were ready to be picked up in about 9 days. Excellent job. Chairs look great. Polite staff. I would highly recommend this company for any upholstering needs.

I sought estimates via phone from about five upholstery places, and visited three locations. Schramek was the lowest estimate, and I felt confident that would do good work after meeting with the owner. I found the fabric elsewhere, and they made sure that they could order it at the same price. They also went to the other location and made sure that the fabric was of the quality (i.e., strong enough) for re-covering furniture. I really appreciated this extra effort since I have never had anything re-upholstered before and wasn't sure if the fabric was appropriate for furniture. I gave a $150 deposit, and they called to schedule the pickup of the chair and ottoman when they said they would. It took about 2 weeks, as the estimated, and they called to schedule a convenient delivery time. They took extra care to set up the furniture in the room and make sure it looked its best. The chair and ottoman are expertly done. Great workmanship, customer service, and price!

Excellent and very caring, careful service. I located them through Angie's List, and needed someone who could partially reupholster two sofas with fabric that would coordinate with another existing fabric used on the cushions and arms. They did an outstanding job, on schedule, and went out of their way to get the sofas back to me early - in time for unexpected visitors. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work. The owner and staff were easy to deal with, and the work that they would be doing was explained to me. I was shown an example of the new foam that would be used and how it would be covered with Dacron to increase the durability of the cushion. I would use this company again.

Finished exactly when they said they would. Very pleasant to deal with - they were a young couple that had just taken over the company from his father.

They did a beautiful job with beautiful material. Years back they did one of my couches and the couch still looks like new.
