The service did not go well. They came and put the roof on. We were not here the day the work was done. They knocked the rain sensor off, they reused some flashing, and also put back on a satellite dish that we had asked not be put back on. The work was not completed all at once. They just put the gutters and down spouts on and still have not installed screens. They are not good at returning phone calls. We do not refer Ryan to anyone. We don't feel they are a reliable company.
