Paid money, they walked around roof, said it looked fine.  Angie's list keeps asking for my review.  Paid too much for what was performed but it was my own fault for buying one of their deals.  Won't do that again.

It was a great experience and they did it all in one day. It was an amazing job.

They blew all the leaves off of my roof and took a look for repairs. The old roof is still holding.

Very professional, gave me some pointers on roof maintenance.

It was excellent. They did not charge me at all. They looked at the work All Star roofing had done and thought it was a very poor job. They didn't want me to mess up my warranty.

They were on time and they did a good  job.  I would recommend them to others.  I was very pleased with their service.

Service was on time. It turned out that I had to repair the roof a year and a half later because his repair was not done correctly. nails were popped up and the shingles were bumpy. It leaked at a place where 2 pieces of plywood joined and there was a couple of loose shingles that allowed water to come in . When I called them to fix their mistakes, they did not reply when I left a message. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

When initially making the appointment, did not realize I had a conflicting schedule. Lloyd May was quite accommodating and flexible in rearranging his schedule. Not only did he rearrange his schedule, but he was on time giving me several suggestions with the upkeep of my roof and gutters. I certainly will recommend this company to my neighbors, should they inquire.

It went very well.  The tradesman was very experienced and efficient.  I really appreciate getting this done as the property is for sale.

We were disappointed. We never even spoke to anybody. They said that they cleaned the gutters. We were also expecting some sort of roof inspection that was stated in the deal. They showed up exactly when they said they would be here, but we would have liked some type of follow up from them. We have used them for services in the past and we were happy with them. They called us the night before to set-up the service.

We did have some misses communicating with one another.  Partially my fault, as I have a very "fluid" schedule.  But we finally connected, the gentleman, Lloyd communicated with me, showed up on time and did a very nice job.  I have contacted the company to use his services on an ongoing basis.  I definitely recommend.

The service provided was so-so. What I like was the guy was friendly and honest. There wasn't really anything that I disliked. The repair cost were higher than couple of the others I had gotten.

I have had no problems with rain since.

Two big deals were offered: One for $167 for roof maintenance only, and one for $391 for roof maintenance PLUS a repair of up to 2' by 2'. I ordered the $391 deal because I knew I had a small area of rotted wood on my lanai that needed repair. Lloyd May from Roof Masters came to my house, examined the damaged area, and said that I needed a more extensive repair to keep the problem from reoccurring and I agreed with him. So he performed some routine roof maintenance but did not do any repair. He said he would get back in touch to schedule the repair. Since then we have had an enormous amount of rain in the Tampa area, which led to a lot of roof leaks and a lot of work for Roof Masters this summer. Since my job involves a patio roof and not a leak into my home, I told Roof Masters that they could wait on my job. The excessive rain continued into September. Now I have to be away for a month to take care of aging parents. I talked with Kim at Roof Masters about getting an official credit for the $224 difference between the non-repair/maintenance only deal ($167) and the combined repair/maintenance deal ($391) which I paid for. Kim said that since Angie's List handled the money, I should contact you. Kim has been very helpful and understands my position. I still want Roof Masters to do the repair, but I think it would be best if I settled accounts on the completed work before scheduling the repair. In essence, I should have just purchased the $167 package rather than the $391 package since all I got was some routine roof maintenance. I realize that some time has passed since this work was done, and I should have taken care of this sooner, but if there is any way to get a refund or official credit of the $224, I would appreciate it.

after attempting twice to get a hold of the company and schedule I time. I told him I would be there at 5 pm. he got there a 4 pm. my wife was unaware. he fixed a lot of shingles and was 90% sure he got the area. still waiting for a big rain to test it out.
