Order Placed on the 28th of May 2021. Was told every month to keep waiting because of backorder. Now they dont pick up the phone or reply to emails. I hope I dont lose $1,413.85. Their website says items should be shipped within 1-2 weeks. They charged the credit card immediately. Finally, eight weeks after ordering, they emailed to say the entire order was shipped minus the main power unit, which would be shipped from the manufacturer. Only about 1/3 of the order showed up, and I have been emailing them for 2 weeks with absolutely no response. I have three different phone numbers for them, and I have called dozens of times and they will not answer.

They called right away and was very friendly and explained what could be wrong. I received excellent advice on fixing my central vacuum. The motor is fine , but I needed a new 30 foot hose. It was old and clogged and lessened my suction. Roger ordered and is sending me a new hose.

They returned my call within a few hours. Appointment was scheduled for two days ahead. Service man was on time, vented my central vac outdoors (had not been done correctly by another company that originally installed). Worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
