Rocco and Pat are a great team who are honest and extremely helpful. I have used them multiple times over the years. Recently we had numerous smaller tasks that needed to be accomplished outside to bring the house to a better state. Both days they showed up on time and went straight to work. They provided a great recommendation of not only repairing the fascia but adding a metal wrap to avoid us having to replace it every couple of years due to water flow off the house. Also, they helped us fix an outside wall that began to bow so we didn’t have to hire a second contractor. We plan to continue to use them as needs arise.

Rocco and Patty are top notch. Fair price, show up on time, clean up after the job is done...all the things someone contracting a job should do. We have not always found this to be the case so we were impressed. On top of all that they are absalute perfectionist and the pergola is beautiful. We are very grateful and thankful to have found them.

The fence got straightened like nothing ever happened to it .

A handsome fence was built on time. Problem was in some spots the fence was high off the ground such that two of the smaller dogs could squirt right out. I am the father of the home buyer, It took me three trips to Home Depot to fix the problem.

Great. They were willing to take on a smaller project that most folks would not. They needed to match a cut-out pattern in the existing fence gate which they did very well to the neighbor's liking.

The job went great. Rocco and Pat gave me an estimate on Saturday as scheduled. They were available so we scheduled the job to start on Monday. They arrived on time each day and got down to business. They are definitely perfectionist, trustworthy individuals who I will use for wood, fascia, and soffit repair. I have an estimate for a replacement deck and a front entry door that will be done in the near future.

I received word of mouth from a family member of Rocco's/Patty? good work, and can do attitude. I met with Rocco and showed him what I needed down. He offered solutions and explained that the hardi board required a diamond tip saw blade and he would be able to start the following day. As usual one project runs into another and he was agreeable to all of my requests. Rocco and Patty? are hard workers  and I would use them again.

He arrived very promptly and replaced fascia.  Normally, this is not a complicated job but the gutter covering the fascia could not be removed and he had to work around that obstacle.
Very professional work, and I was especially impressed with and appreciated that he wanted me to review his work closely to make sure that I was satisfied.

Rocco and his wife Pat did an excellent job.  They came out the morning after I called to provide an estimate.  Once I accepted their quote (which included labor and materials), they started the work 3 days later (on a Sunday) and completed the job in 3 days. I did not have a plan for the deck but after I described what I wanted,  Rocco he was able to provide guidance and create a functional solution.  All materials were delivered by Home Depot first thing on day 1.  Rocco and Pat were punctual each morning and went right to work.  Rocco is extremely conscientious.  He isn't happy with just "good"; he is a perfectionist and demands the best quality.  I was extremely impressed with his work ethic.  Since St. Pete doesn't get frost, the perimeter posts could have rested on piers.  However, Rocco dug and sank the posts 18" below grade.  Interior posts were supported on piers.  All posts were no more than 5' on center from any other post in all directions which exceeds specs for 2x6 Southern Yellow Pine (from what I've read).  The deck is extremely solid and doesn't have 'weak' spots.  The final product exceeded my expectations.  I would definitely recommend using Rocco.

He and his wife came over together on the weekend  to give us an estimate.  The estimate for the facia on the front was so low we asked if he could fix the back.  The price for both was better than we had planned.

We did a flexible date to get the work done, but due to the rains it happened the next day.  All that we wanted done was done beautifully and we are delighted.

We have a garage that needs help (ceiling & insulation) and we are planning to call them after we get our tax refund.

Did exactly what they promised: created a seamless extension to our existing deck, with a nice design/contour that completely met our expressed goals.  Despite horrid weather, they showed up when promised and forged ahead, even though conditions were soggy.  The end cost did come in over the original quote, but that's only because they went the extra mile and found lumber that actually matched our original decking (an unusual thickness).   They let us know the change in price upfront and secured our approval.  We appreciated the extra effort and wonderful end result.

Rocco and his wife did a great job. They were on time and got the job done in timely fashion. Clean up was done. Quality of work is outstanding. Prices were very reasonable. I love the new hand rail - it's perfect for what i needed.

We have had work done before by Rocco and wife/coworker Pat. They are very good and professional. They always give us a fair price and do exceptional work. I have used another handyman business before and they were much higher priced. I had to have Rocco and Pat do the work that wasn't done right by the other handyman business. Rocco has been in business for a long time and is very skilled. I will definitely call him to do more work for us again soon.

They were here when say said they would,and had all materials needed for job. They worked professorially and did a perfect job on replacing all the bad wood. The work they did made the workshop and cottage look new. They took all old material away and when they were finished everything was clean. This was the second time we used them,the first was replacing our front porch and the did a great job on it. We will definitely use them again.

They completely rebuilt my front porch in a day and a half. They got here early, with all supplies they needed; worked hard; and did a beautiful job. We were so impressed that I have them here again today. They have already installed a new front door; a new side door for my garage; fixed a gate on my fence; and are now installing a double gate on the other side of my yard, I HIGHLY reccommend them for any job ! .Overall, Rocco and his wife are a great team that we would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of carpentry. They are easy to work with, honest, and will look out for you best interests. They have integrity.We plan to call upon them again soon.

Work began when they said it would, project was completed when they said it would be. I am very pleased and satisfied with this experience and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found Rocco on Angie's List under closest to my house. I was able to get an estimate the next day and after talking to relatives about the price and finding his price to be fair, I called him back to set up a repair date. He was able to get the outdated fascia that my house has on it and replaced the rotten wood and fascia and rehung my soffit from it very quickly. He also cleaned up all replaced material from my back yard. I will definitely call him first the next time I have a handyman repair to be done.

They did a very good job and everything looks very nice. We've had many compliments on the shutters which added a lot to the look of the house. Thank you.

We have always been 100% happy with his work. His costs are reasonable and he is extremely honest. It is refreshing to use someones service who has great character.
