Bob Brielmaier did an exceptional job. I feel like the level of service is unparalleled and the price is more than fair. Bob did the soffit and fascia at my office and took the time to carefully place the soffit trim around the exterior wood on our building. This is the best soffit and fascia company out there. For sure.

Mr. Robert came to replace some old and poorly fixed soffit and fascia panels in my house. I was really happy with the outcome. I pay attention to details in my work and I was so happy to see that somebody else does that too! Finishes was so neat; he wrapped the air-conditioning went and the corners with j-channels. Communications was great and job was done with most detailed manner. If you value quality work, Mr. Robert is your guy. :)

Bob showed up early( after calling) was in and out in an hour, had everything he needed on his truck to finish the job, and was super reasonable. I would call him for work on any and all gutter, rainspout and fascia work. Honest and polite.

our house had real nasty soffits. We needed new fascia boards installed and Robert installed soffit and fascia trim. He was very good at working with our circumstances and the end result really made a difference! Thanks Robert! (and Acy)

Another Angie's List provider recommended Bob Brielmaier saying he is the only person he would recommend. Ours was a small job, but Bob called us back the same day and did an estimate that afternoon. He scheduled the work the following week when he was back in the area. He did the work very quickly and knew exactly what was needed. He is a good resource to have on file if we need siding or soffit repairs.

Bob is a super guy.  He takes pride in his work and it shows.  While he was installing my job, he chatted with the neighbor only to realize that he installed his vinyl soffit and fascia 20 years ago!  My neighbor said he has never had a problem with it.  How's that for a testimonial?!  I am very pleased with the work.  My house is finished and it looks beautiful.

Bob was a pleasure to work with. We had some tricky areas on our house that he really took his time with and was very creative in addressing. He is hard working, professional, personable, and takes great pride in his work. He works alone, so the project may take longer than other service providers, but you get his 100% attention and expertise, well worth it. He has 35 years experience and he was really good. I really liked his work. He did a wonderful job. He did the existing faucet because what we had was really bad and he did all that wood that was rotten. He did everything, and then PVC coat and everything. It really came out nice. Compared to two other people that we went with, we liked him the best.

Robert Brielmaier was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual to our first meeting and gave us a fair quote for the job which he kept to. His work displays a high degree of craftsmanship and the other professionals who were simultaneously working on the property admired the level of workmanship he put into his product. One of the realtors we work with even asked for a referral because she was so impressed with the quality of his work. Bob never left a mess at the end of the day, and when he finished the job, you would never have known he was there except for the great looking soffits!

He arrived when he said he would every day, and worked on our project exclusively until completion. We had some serious weather problems that caused some delays, but you can't fool with Mother Nature!

Robert was recommended by a friend who knew him. We contacted Robert and he came and reveiwed what we requested he do, soffits and facias on our home. He gave us a very good price and started the work almost immediately. He worked until the job was completed and made sure we were happy with the job and we were very pleased with his job. He was thorough and clean with his work.

He is excellent. I would recommend him. At the time, when I checked with others, it was very reasonable. He was reliable. He did what he said he was doing to do. He came on time and there were no delays. He did a very good job. It has held up until now very well. I have no dislikes.

Robert is a really nice guy and he gave me the address of a house that he did. The house was very well done and it looked really professional. I also talked to the man and he was very happy with the price and how Robert did the job. He told me that his next door neighbor used Robert too so I talked to the next door neighbor as well. Robert isn’t the fastest guy in the world, but he very particular about how he does things and he is good. My neighbor’s soffits were falling down so I had him go tack them back up and he showed me why that work was not as good. I would use him again, without a doubt.

The price was quoted 6 months earlier and held even though costs increased. The delay was due to roofing supply issues. They Saturday on a Saturday working 8 hours in 90 degree temps. Completed within a week with rain delays.
