We are pretty anal people and had interviewed a half dozen or so contractors before selecting Richard. He was hired to replace damaged wood on the outside of the home, replace all windows (hurricane), fix and resurface a second floor deck along with the installation of an aluminum railing, and the selection and installation of tiles and fixtures for an outside bathroom and powder room. While any project of this scope and size involves some surprises, we were very impressed with Richard's forthrightness and straightforward way in which he explained things. His workers were extremely competent, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We would strongly recommend him for all home remodeling assignments.

They did very well. They were more or less on price. They were a little behind schedule. I wasn't there to supervise. I would recommend them and I am using them again.
