DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They punched hole in the wall of our brand new home and refused to compensate for professional repairs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MOVER! Especially with your piano! READ ENTIRE REVIEW I had a beautiful baby grand piano that I needed stored and then moved. I met with Gale (the owner) who told me stories about any bad review she had trying to explain them away (like I’m sure she will do with this one). She told me the person was crazy or gave me some BS excuse why they were mad but it wasn’t the company’s fault. The piano belonged to my father who had passed away and is very important to me. My piano was picked up on late August 2017 and set to be stored then delivered to my new home which closed at the beginning of September. The hurricane caused some delays which is understandable but Gale was difficult to reach and would not commit to a date... I reached out regularly and was very patient and understanding (I have records of all communications). Finally, we set a delivery date for October. Well, they showed up on 10/20 with the WRONG PIANO! I was in tears. After waiting almost three months, they brought a completely different piano! Where was my piano?!?! She told me afterwards that this had never happened in the history of the company and that she fired the man who pulled the wrong piano. Then, a week later, she sets up a delivery date for the right piano with no notice (she texted me with ONE day of notice asking if they could deliver it the next day). I replied that I would be there even though I would have to move some things around to accommodate it. I get a call that day from the man she said she fired, telling me they can’t come and will come the next weekend instead (so I changed my schedule AGAIN to accommodate for it). Then I get a call the next weekend pushing it back again!!!! I text Gale about this and she suggests they bring it early in the morning one day before I head to work. She suggests that if I can’t do that, they will have to drive to PA With my piano on a truck and then drop it off on their way back. I was frustrated at this point. I did not want them taking my piano out of state and back risking damage. Finally, we worked out for them to drop it off on their way out of state in the afternoon when I was home from work. Gale was sure to let me know how much trouble this was and she kept reminding me of the cost and telling me I needed to pay cash on delivery. I was shocked. Piano was delivered 11/8/17. The man she “fired” brought it along with another guy I had never met before. They wouldn’t even open the van door to get it off the van until I have them cash. When they opened the door I noticed that one moving blanket was hastily draped over my piano. When it got inside the house and was set up, I noticed a large chip in the polished finish that was not there before. The mover that I had never met before felt terrible... I was in tears. They called Gale who basically told them to just get the **** out of there. I texted her before and after pictures. She claimed there as glare on the pictures and that the piano was well wrapped and must have been damaged before they ever picked it up from my previous home. She told the guy to offer me $100 back and leave. I could hear her on his phone. I did not accept the money. I don’t know what to do about this. I couldn’t even bring myself to write this review until now because it really hurt me deeply. I pray that no one else has this nightmare of an experience. I intend to contact the BBB about her and her company. Someone should stop this from happening to other people. I’m disgusted with Gale and her company. She is unprofessional and it was a NIGHTMARE.

Medication was stolen; clothing was (attempted but caught in the act) stolen; almost every item was scratched or put back together improperly; quoted 6-8 hours and move lasted longer than 9 hours (we then stopped the move due to lack of hustle and stolen items); food/drink from pantry was eaten without asking; When circumstances were brought to the attention of owner she screamed at me using profanity and said how she had never heard of such a thing. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing in her part. I did not receive any compensation or even an apology.

Move quality overall was poor.  Many items were damaged during the move.  No care was taken in protecting or covering furniture as the items were loaded in the truck.  Truck was loaded with numerous pads, but the time to cover the furniture adequately was not taken.  Original art was damaged.  Dining room table now has many scratches and gouges that were not present prior to the move.  Our two wall hung mirrors now need the frames repaired due to the lack of adequate protection during the move.  Flat screen televisions were thrown into a large box with numerous other items.  Although they seemed to have made the move undamaged, it was only by pure luck, the short distance traveled, and not the skill of the moving crew.  Two reclining chairs could be taken apart into two pieces.  Crew choose not to take apart.  Again, the chairs seemed to have arrived undamaged based on luck and not skill.  Crew of two was average at best.  They seemed to know what to do, but would not take the time to initiate the proper methods.  They frequently stated that the Owner would not want them to take the time or required packing materials were not brought with them.  Would not use this company again. 

Gail was really weird about the whole thing. When I scheduled them to come out, everything was fine. Then, I got a call and they told me they were on their way. I got home, and waited, but they were a no show, So I left. They arrived three hours late, with no communication, and got a look at the fridge. They tired to leave without any warning, and thats when I pulled up back home. They were leaving my home, and so I tried to ask them why they were leaving, and they said they could not do the work, because they didn't have the right tools.and then they left. I called Gail, and she said that the guys would be back around later tonight, or early tomorrow. She also said they had to charge me an extra $30 for disconnecting the fridge from the socket and water line. I called back again, later that night, because I wanted to cancel the service. I thought that they all seemed annoyed with the situation, and that Gail seemed very upset over the phone when I called first to schedule it, and later much more annoyed when the guys had to come back, and I didn't want her crew showing up upset, and damaging my fridge. I thought it was an understandable request, but Gail responded with a "GO TO H***" and hung up on me. I will never use this service again. Needless to say, I chose this company based upon the good reviews I saw, and I was blown away by my experience.

Short version - they moved a piano, on time, on budget, as expected.  But that's what I paid them for.  Anything less would have been annoying.
Long version - They were professional and conscientious.  After the piano was out of the storage unit, they asked if I needed help moving the items that I'd shifted out of the way back into the unit.  When driving up to my home, the driver of the truck specifically drove around the low hanging branches of my oak tree to avoid them.  Not sure he would have hit them, but still.  On their way out, after the front door was closed, they replaced the doormat that I'd moved out of the way. 
As I said, they did their job, but that's what they're paid to do.  It's the little things that stick with you.  I was impressed.

It was great. It was the best price. They are very dependable.

They broke two pieces of my press board sections. They threw them away, they didn't bring them to me so I wasn't able to see if I could get them fixed. I got the invoice from them, that stated they don't recommend moving press board pieces - which they did without mentioning this. I hired them to move these things from the house and they came and did not make any kind of a list of the things they were moving. My ex husband was in the house and told them that if they made an inventory he wouldn't allow them to move. He made it pretty difficult on them, but I wish they would have told me that they didn't recommend moving the press board pieces, which are very expensive. Since there were several things that they broke, they should have reimbursed me. When they were bringing up my piano, they brought up the bottom piece, they weren't able to move the top piece since it wouldn't fit in the elevator. I had them take it to a storage facility. They originally told me it was going to be $3,000 - they charged me $9,000, after the move they said that didn't include storage and then moving from storage. It was still in the estimated time of 2 days to move me into their storage and another 1/2 day to move to my apartment from there. When I asked why it was so much more than they quoted, she said she didn't realize how much stuff I had. When they went into the house and saw how much stuff I had, they should have called me and let me know it would be a lot more than they originally stated.

First off I want to say that I owned a moving company in the past and had great misgivings about finding a good moving company.  I know all of the problems that can arise when you move and all the tricks of the trade that can cover up damages to your furniture.
Believe it or not, about two years ago I had used my old company that was under new management since I retired and the move was a nightmare to say the least.  Lots of damages, had to do move over two days instead of one as estimated, and high cost overruns. You can understand my fears about finding a good local moving company.
I searched Angie's List for a moving company since I had a grand piano that had to be moved and many local moving companies do not have the expertise or equipment to move these pianos.  Gale came out and walked through the house with me and I knew the estimate would be right on the button.  She included the grand piano into the price of the move and was extremely competitive compared to other bids I got.
I couldn't have been more pleased with the job.  The crew showed up promptly on time and were clean cut and professional.  No tattoos or hoodies.  Frankie and Eddie were wonderful.  They worked fast and carefully and moved our furniture without a single damage!   They really knew how to pack a truck which is the mark of a good mover.  They were very polite and careful with every piece of furniture. 
Gale personally called me the day after the move to see how everything was. I hope that I won't have to move again in the future; but I will definitely call Gale and her crew if I ever do!

June is in a couple of days. This company does not respond to messages. When I called today they sounded like they were in a bar as it was extremely noisy. I agreed to let them deliever it in April because they assured me they would be coming this way in April. When I called them in May, they acted like they had no idea who I was. I finally got a delivery time of no later than Memorial Day weekend. It's May 29th....no piano. Strongly suggest using a different company.

Everything went well. They were professional, on time, and did the work as promised.

arrived late. had a lot of difficulty moving piano. broke front stairs railing outside. did not complete move in one day and had to pay again to come back another day. would not recommend this company.

They were prompt, careful, everything was moved correctly. They even moved my piano and grandfather clock, with no issues. Theire pricing was much less than another company I got a quote from.
