RELIABLE A/C & HEATING

It goes in the attic and about nine months later, it started leaking into our ceiling. They told us it was because we were going up in the attic and stepping on pipes. We don't even go up there so that was ridiculous. Eventually, the unit caved in. They said they would fix it and it looks like a botched job. They keep saying it's us going up there and stepping on the pipes. We say we're not doing that, but they keep wanting to charge us for repairs. We're still trying to pay for the unit years ago. The manager will not return our calls and we're considering going somewhere else for a new unit.

The installation of the products was fast and the product seems to be working. They did great work and cleaned up without making a mess. However, they don't seem to be good on follow up. I called them and asked for a filter and they told me that they would get right back to me. I haven't heard from them for weeks, though.

I had them once last year and once this year and I was sure they were going to try and talk me into a new A/C. I ended up suggesting this because I thought I really needed a new one, but they were honest enough to tell me I could wait. They were very punctual. The next day of this service was to be a holiday and they came that evening so I wouldn't have to pay double.
