STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! In August of this year I signed on to have pest control services performed on a quarterly basis. Gave Heather my credit card information to cover the quarterly charges. She told me that my card would not be charged until after services were performed. The tech came out the first time to spray inside the house but didn't remove any of the nests. I let it go. At the end of September, I noticed that a charge went through from Regional Termite and Pest Control. I reached out to Heather several times with calls and texts. Nothing. I'm in the process of having the charge disputed.

After completing the WDO inspection, the technician emailed me a copy of the inspection report before leaving my driveway. Because of their responsiveness and professionalism, I hired them on a permanent basis to handle all my pest control and termite services. Most importantly, their prices were lower than any of the other companies.

Office staff very helpful. Answered our questions and arranged for treatment and inspection. Inspector checked both inside and outside of our house then treated outside of our house and set up a termite bond. Very professional and knowledgeable.
