Called four different Roofer’s for estimates. The first three could not solve my problem. All three said I needed a contractor to come in and rebuild my roof. Todd showed up, stood on the roof with his thumb and forefinger on his chin. Paced the roof a couple times, then told me he can fix it. Using foam insulation and TPO he filled the gap. Fixed in two days, great crew!

Todd Reed was excellent. In a sea of average, Reed Roofing stands out as superior. He was professional, courteous. I had several quotes on this roof, some wildly outrageous. He was able to explain the situation and come up with the most efficient and cost effective plan. Then afterwoods, he took the time, himself, to walk me through everything he did. That is rare. I very much appreciate his work and effort. Highly recommend.

This was many years ago, however must say they were very professional, reasonable and took care to clean up afterwards. Recommended by another contactor who did stucco work on the same and I was absolutely very pleased.

Reed Roofing is not your typical roofer.  Todd Reed is an engineer by training and profession, but continues his family's 80 year old roofing business.  He was very detailed in analyzing our 20+ year old flat roof and his crew did an excellent job in executing his plan.  Some adjustments were required after the initial job.  They returned in a timely manner and made the changes as needed.  The project was completed on time and within budget.  There was an additional charge for the gutters which were not included in the original contract.  I had four companies examine the project and give bids.  Reed was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they definitely provided the most thought out solution for our project.  There are expensive, glazed Japanese tile on the Mansard part of the roof that needed to be partially removed and reinstalled.  They handled it carefully without breaking any.  His crew was professional and hard working.  When the job was complete, he presented me a detailed document for submission to my insurance company which will reduce my premiums.  I might also get a credit from Duke Energy because of the energy savings.  I highly recommend Todd and his crew.  They really know what they're doing.
