We highly recommend Rainwater Services.  They were NOT the least expensive quote we got, but we liked their professionalism and responsiveness.  We were not exactly sure what we needed and the initial visit was very comprehensive and thoughtful. They were respectful of our many questions regarding microtubing for potted plants.  All areas of our back yard were ultimately addressed.
They were also very responsive when it became clear that the pressure needed to be adjusted on a few tubes once irrigation was reestablished.  Following the initial project we've spent at least an additional $200 on more small projects because we were so pleased with the initial work.  They spend time educating and equipping us for minor troubleshooting on our own, which saves us money and is why I gave them an A on price.  You get what you pay for and they deliver satisfaction and value. Thanks for the great work, Brian and Chris!  We hope to continue to work with Rainwater Services for years to come.

They installed a new irrigation system in my back yard. They worked around my schedule as I was having a retention wall, new dirt and grass installed as well. I was impressed with how well they covered up the areas where they buried the irrigation pipes in the ground. There were very little signs of digging. Brians(owner) communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. He also spent time to walk me through how the entire irrigation system worked and how I could adjust and fix heads if something were to happen with them. They also left some zones open so that I can have them come back and install sprinklers in the front yard when I'm ready. I'm now having landscaping installed and they are waiting for me to finish so that they can lay the drip irrigation pipes around so that it properly waters the new trees and bushes. It really makes a huge difference on a project when someone follows up as well as Brian did. They did an outstanding job! I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

One of my sections was not working. He dug out and found the reason why, it had been damaged. He dug it out and replaced it with a new one. He also did this in another section. The section in the front had some trash and found that and fixed it. He has been my sprinkler guy for almost three years. He does good work, very nice and very knowledgeable.
