IN THIS LAST INSTANCE, MR. RACHETTE WAS ARGUMENTATIVE, SLOW TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM, AND TRIED TO BLAME US FOR THE PLUMBING PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED AS A RESULT OF HIS WORKER'S SLOPPY INSTALLATION WORK. HE DEFENDED HIS HELPERS WORK, BUT AS OF YET, WILL NOT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EXPENSE ASSOCIATED WITH FIXING HIS WORKER'S MISTAKES.

WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW OLD THE FIXTURE WAS AND DID NOT WANT TO WORK ON IT. I ALLOWED HIM TO INSTALL A NEW TOILET AND CABINET. THE FIXTURES HE PROVIDED LOOKED LIKE SECONDS AND WOULD NOT FIT PROPERLY. HE HAD TO REMOVE WALLBOARD FOR CABINET TO FIT. HE HAD TO GET A NEW TOILET BECAUSE THE ONE INSTALLED WAS UNEVEN. WOODEN BASEBOARD WAS REPLACED WITH BLACK COVE MOLDING. HE QUOTED $1500 AND THEN WANTED ANOTHER $500.
