I have had them here twice over the years. They've always been on time and very professional. Prices are competitive and work is impeccable.

R&B's caravan of professionals and specialized vehicles showed up as scheduled. Because they work in unison a good size job does not take them long to do. Any concerns that I may have are promptly addressed by R&B Tree Service. I will look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have always been happy with the service they provide me. They have trimmed my Oak tree & Magnolia tree in the past and will use them again when needed. The palms are always trimmed to my specifications.

It went extremely well. They were punctual, explained what was going to happen and ensured the yard was clean when they were finished. I intend to have them back to clean my queen palm and removed another tree.

Extremely well. Very happy with the result. Crew was on time and prepared. Crew chief was knowledgeable and pointed out my queen palm had multiple heads and could use a trimming. I've had other things going on but I plan on having that done and will call R&B back when I'm ready.

I have used the services of R&B for a few years. This was the first time for my very large oak tree. My neighbor started using their service last year and when I let them know I would be having work done they called and both jobs were able to be done the same day. We were both very pleased with what they accomplished without heavy equipment being allowed on either property. Deb who answers the phone always called to let me know an approximate time Rob would be coming out to give an estimate and call again to say when the work would be started. I highly recommend this company.

We called these guys again because they did such a nice job two years ago for us, trimming up our two huge live oaks. This time, it was the pineapple palm in the front yard, and some work in the back. They came within a week of me first calling about the job; arrived on time; had all the crew and tools necessary to do the job quickly and professionally. They clean up after themselves fully; GREAT company to work with on your trees. The guy talked to me a bit about some trimming that I thought I wanted on one of the live oaks but he discussed the negative impact it would have on the tree's health....so glad he knows what he's doing!

I have used this tree service in the past and I am still very happy with their service. They will call in advance if they are unable to keep appointment. They trim the palm trees the way I request with no problem. This past service after they arrived I requested an additional palm tree to be trimmed and did not hesitate to do the trimming even though this particular palm was hard to get to. I will continue to use their service and highly recommend to other possible customers.

.A large crew showed up and they cut a very large section of mangroves behind our house. They were meticulous about clean up. They ground and hauled away the cuttings which is an important part of mangrove trimming .They were also kind to our dogs who were very interested in the proceedings. We seem to always wait until near the end of the deadline for mangrove cutting as its a fairly expensive procedure and I just hate spending the money on it. Bob the owner came out  a day or so after I called, and had us scheduled and the job done within three weeks. Again...this is a thankless job. Hot and dirty and takes a day or two. We now have our view back and the mangroves look great.

If you want someone committed in your corner, this is it. I had a 50+ year-old oak tree growing at the edge of my driveway on an alley. The root system was wide, high, water-damaged, and blocking the drainage of water from the yard. The driveway was partly eroded and I needed a solution. I called four companies for input and quotes, leaving R&B until last because I had worked with them before and felt they would be my solution. One company's solution was root trimming to create a channel for the water. The problem was that there were only two sides of the tree that had not been trimmed. Didn't need a tree on my house. One wanted to install a French drain which was a viable solution, but again would be messing with the stability of the tree and at a cost of more than half of removal, it would need to be redone eventually. Three said he'd take it down but I'd never get permission, echoing the opinion of the first two.
Needless to say, I was nervous at this point. There was no need to worry though: Once Robert told me they would get permission, the R&B machine headed by Deb went to work. It took a long time, but eventually a crew of six arrived as the city trash truck left and by late on a Friday afternoon all those weeks later, the tree was gone. I am still marveling at how large that area of the yard has become. It took two days to remove the tree, and it is in the pre-work where R&B showed how good they are and what a professional organization they are.
The trimmed oak in the front looks beautiful and the ground that was cleaned up is ready for planting.
Not only did I count on R&B for the applications, permits, arborist consultation, but they also are fully insured and carry workmen's compensation for their people. It was interesting, too, to occasionally see a more experience crew member demonstrating a trimming technique for a peer.

A good size crew started the job before heavy rains hit and they kept working thru the torrential down pour. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away, despite the conditions they were working under. The stump grinding was postponed due to rain and muddy conditions. They did a good job with the stump grinding and cleaned up afterwards.
We will definitely hire this company again. They are prompt, return phone calls, very reasonable price and very conscious workers.

We have used R&B Tree Service in the past and have always been impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and price. In April, we decided it was time to address numerous projects/issues in our yard, and there was no question who we were going to call. I work weekdays, so BoB, the owner, said he would come by on a Saturday to see what all needed to be done. This alone impressed me because most companies these days are strictly Monday-Friday and you hardly ever have interaction with the actual owner. The work we needed done is as follows: several trees needed trimming as they were growing into the neighbors yards and onto their houses (and ours), a couple of Palms needed to be cleaned up (the team even discovered a rats nest in one and removed it), hedges in the back yard were pressing up against the fence (causing it to lean) and were hanging over into the neighbors yards, limbs from one tree were pressing on the cable and electrical lines, and a large tree root was uprooting part of the driveway and needed to be removed. Bob gave me a quote on the spot and told me to get with him as soon as I had hired a concrete company to remove the part of the driveway being disturbed by the tree root. It took 2 months to find a reputable concrete company that would perform the needed work, and during that time, Deb (from R&B) contacted me regularly to check the status of the concrete project and let me know that they would schedule the work as soon as we had everything booked. I called them in late June to let them know that everything was scheduled, and Deb had the crew come out in the next few days. They did an absolutely amazing job!! Bob remembered what all needed to be done, and they even went above and beyond and performed some additional work they deemed necessary. The crew was extremely efficient and professional, and their cleanup was perfect. Bob even honored the quote he had given me in April. They then had to return a few days later to remove the root that was growing under the driveway and did an amazing job. Most people shop around for quotes when work has to be performed on a property or house, but with R&B, I know the work will be done right and at a reasonable price. It is hard to find a company (especially in a larger metro area) that takes pride in the work it performs and is honest. I recommend R&B to all my friends and neighbors and plan on using them to perform any tree work that is needed in the future.

They have done four trees for me in the last two years. They're arborist. They quick and clean. They have teams. They have their huge equipment. They're personable and the owner comes out and checks up on his men that's why I hired them again. They'll come again when its time. I've actually had gone up for five bids. Three came in and they were next to the lowest that I interviewed from the companies and that's why I picked them.

What a great experience! I've gotten estimates on similar work before and each time the provider tried to upgrade the job and overpriced it. Not so with R&B. He quoted the price for precisely what I wanted done and it was a fair one. I'd asked for the work to be done on a specific weekday and just a few days later the office called and scheduled the work for that week. A full crew of six or seven arrived that morning and set to work. They worked most of the day. One group in front; one in back. Cleanup was complete. They did an outstanding job. I will hire them again when the work needs redoing.

He was very courteous. They did their work very quickly and did a great job! I would would use them again. Very happy with them. I even referred them to my next door neighbor.

I scheduled a visit for R & Tree Service to plant two trees on my property, as the city required at least one tree be planted, with the removal of the last tree on my property.  I had hoped R & B would have planted the trees right after they removed the old tree and  bushes  but  their work load and weather conditions wouldn't allow it.  I was advised by R & B that would contact me as soon as they could and schedule a re-visit for the planting of the trees.  They contacted me, scheduled a visit and showed up on time to do the work. 

The two guys that came by went right to work digging the holes for the new trees.  They made sure to check with us regarding the location of the trees before committing to digging the holes.  One of the workers was an arborist who spent a great deal of time preparing the  ground to receive the new trees.  He discussed the condition of our soil and made recommendations regarding how to care for the trees.  He also spent a good deal of time pruning some of the branches of the trees where he determined we would  have potential problems later if not dealt with now.  Although both trees were sufficiently planted, they were both securely staked for added stability.

Removed 2 small ugly trees and performed stump grinding on both. Trimmed 4 large oak trees which their limbs were hanging so low, I could barely park my car under them. The limbs were also hanging over the street which would not allow a firetruck down without breaking the limbs off. R&B also thinned out the trees so now I can plant a garden and even have grass as there is finally sunlight in my yard.
R&B cleaned up after themselves great! I would hire them again in a heart-beat!

All of the R & B staff were professional and I would highly recommend them.  I will be scheduling another visit with them to plant two trees on the property.

The equipment brought to the site was large and impressive.  The crew got right to work and finished within the day.  Later in the day the owner of the company made a stop and came to the yard where we spoke.  Arrangements were made for the balance of the cost of this service for which I am eternally grateful.  I am pleased with this company and its very professional work.

Called R & B again because we had used them less than 6 months ago for tree removal and we were very pleased with their work at that time. This time had them trim approx. 19 palm trees.  When we met with the owner, Bob, for an estimate we told him we did not want them over-trimmed as we so often see done, i.e. we didn't want to be left with a few fronds sticking up in the air. An appointment was made within the week and his crew showed up promptly. They did a beautiful job and trimmed them just as we asked, including cleaning the tree "boots" off.  This made quite a mess throughout the entire yard, but they did a perfect clean up job - not a trace left when they were finished. At one point spoke with one of the workers, Jamie, to inquire about what type of tree several of the palms were - he was very knowledgeable and gave us advice re: caring for those particular trees. I found out that he and two other workers on the job are arborists. Very nice to have such quality and professional people tending to our trees. In summery, we have now used R & B twice in less than 6 months and both times they did an outstanding job. We definitely highly recommend them and will ourselves be using them again in the future.

I have used R&B tree service in the past for the trimming of my palm trees and they always do an excellent job of trimming all the branches, leaving none dangling as other services have done.  They clean up ALL the debris and haul it away.  Removing the citrus tree was a more tricky situation, as I had curbing around the trunk and a sidewalk close by that I did not want to get cracked or ruined.  I communicated with them quite a few times regarding my concerns and they always answered my questions willingly.  They did an excellent job in cutting the tree, grinding the stump and hauling away all the debris.  The area can now be used to plant flowers without the aggravation of digging into leftover roots as they removed and ground the stump quite efficiently. The yard was cleaned better than when they got there and the crew was quick and organized in their duties.  I was very impressed with how well they worked as a team.  I would definitely used R&B again for any services they perform as I would be sure I would get a fair price for a terrific job.
