Our goal is to give the best service to our customers in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality. We are large enough to take on the big jobs, but small enough to give each customer the best in personal customer service. We understand that having strange people in your home or office can be very unsettling therefore we obtain a criminal background check on all employees. There are NO CONTRACTS to sign, we clean on a one time basis or as often as we are needed, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly , bi monthly or one time only. We offer a basic clean (which is a thorough clean of your home or office) or a deep clean. We also specialize in new construction clean up, before and after party clean up and office cleanings. I use them once a month. They are not meticulous about details...like moving magazines or other things on surfaces. They just clean around things.
The Queens of Clean live up to their royal name!! Vacuum, mopping, fan blades, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, light bulbs, kitchen counters, door knobs, fridge. Everything got a wipe down, disinfected, and looked spotless.
I asked about some sticky residue on the tile floor and one of the girls immediately got down on her hands and knees to vigorously scrub away at it with no questions or comments about how it was difficult to come up.
I truly appreciated their hard work, their dedication to detail, and their obvious pride. Great group of ladies who helped me out last minute on a Friday.
Now have happy new tenants in place.
