Excellent job from start to finish. Accurate estimating, fair pricing with no and quot;surprises,and quot; very helpful front office contact, quality personnel, great care taken with our possessions. The movers, who were prompt, efficient, very polite and helpful in every way, made every effort to be sure we were pleased. No problems, no complaints at all. Would certainly hire them again without any hesitation.

It went great. This is the best moving company i have used. Two movers arrived on time, took very good care to not damage the furniture and the door frames as they were moving in and out. Very professional. I had just refinished the wood floors on the home i was moving to. They were very careful to not drag anything across the floors so as not to scratch them. There are also some heavy pieces that they handled without problem. They are paid by the hour and the end charge was very reasonable. I have recommended them to other friends.

They were excellent! The arrived on time. They were quick, careful, professional and polite. They put all the furniture where I wanted it. They calmed my nerves about my pieces of custom furniture.
I would use them again and recommend them!

They showed up a few minutes early and did an excellent job of moving our things out of the storage facility and into our new home. This was the third time we have used this company and have always been very happy with them. It is a family business which has had the same members of the family working in it for several years. They are intelligent, friendly and very reliable. We've always been very happy with them and would recommend them unconditionally.

Awesome experience. They arrived on time and started right to work. They never stopped until the job was done. No breakage, nothing missed, and everything put in place where we wanted. Raymond and Anthony were very nice, respectful, courteous, and conscientious. We definately recommend QUALITY MOVING and STORAGE and we will use them again if we move.

Overall, it went well. I got my stuff on time and none of it was damaged. My only concern was I never heard from the agent after the movers arrived. He told me I would be able to follow the movers online via GPS but the movers had no idea how that was supposed to work. I was also expecting to hear from the agent about payment once the movers arrived in Louisville but I never did so I had to call the company in Tampa to arrange payment. I will say the movers, led by a man named Jim, were extremely professional and careful with all of my belongings. I was also very happy with the price.

They were my favorite company to work with. I am sorry that I moved because I really enjoyed working with them. The have the same people working for them all of the time, they are extremely reliable. They do everything intelligently. In packing containers, it takes a lot of skill to pack them efficiently so that nothing breaks and to not waste space. They truly excelled at this.

Two fine gentlemen, Raymond and Eugene, worked very hard to move us as quickly as possible. They were polite, cheerful and helpful. We could not have been more pleased.
