I called Gulfport TV yesterday AM.for service call.They came out same day.I have a 52and quot; Visio lcd tv which had no picture.Paul said he needed to take it to the shop to repair.That night he called with an estimate,which I ok'd.My tv was deliverd back the very next day.Good price,fast service,polite.I highly recommend.

I HIRED HIM IN SEPTEMBER , OF 2003, AND I'VE HAD AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH HIM UP UNTIL NOW, APRIL 2, 2005. FIRST, HE REPLACED 3 PARTS IN MY TV (CONVERGENCE IC'S). THE TV WORKED FINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REPAIR, BUT THEN WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK, THE SCREEN WENT BLACK AND THE TV DID NOT WORK. AFTER MANY CALLS AND PROMISES, HE DIDN'T COME BACK TO MY HOUSE AGAIN UNTIL DEC. 2003. AT THAT TIME, HE TOOK THE INSIDE OF MY TV WITH HIM TO HIS SHOP FOR THE REPAIR. HE HAS MADE LOTS OF PROMISES AND DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, HE WAS A NO SHOW FOR MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS. I HAD TO ALWAYS CALL HIM, HE DOES NOT CALL ME BACK. HE FINALLY DID COME BACK AGAIN MAY 15, 2004, HE PUT THE CHASSY BACK IN MY TV, BUT IT STILL DIDN'T WORK, SO HE TOOK IT BACK WITH HIM. AFTER MANY MORE NO SHOWS I STILL DON'T HAVE MY TV.

"This set had a repair to convergence circuit,with 30 day warrantee for that repair.Customer called well after warrantee and with a completely different problem.I went out anyway at no charge to check out.we provided a free repair on a completely different board assembly.Did not know we had a bad review for ten years.We do strive to provide good customer service,and try to satisfy all our customers.I wish I was aware of review at the time it was reported."
