They were on time and very careful with my furniture and items. They were very hardworking and polite. They were accommodating as far as placing items in our new place. They were friendly and would give them five stars. For the services they provided their prices were in line with everybody else. Our overall experience with them has been good.

I have recommended them everybody that has moved in town. They were quick, efficient, and nice. One guy got hurt, and they had a replacement out in 15 minutes. I’ve done moves from a storage facility to a house, from an apartment to a house, from one city to another city, and I’ve used them every single time.

They were very professional and did a good job. Their pricing was good. They had more than enough people to do the job. It was an extremely hot day. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have used them since the initial move, and would do so again. They did damage a bookcase, but they did offer me a discount to compensate. The price was fair and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The movers, Elliott, Roger and James stopped for gas and ordered lunch on moving time. Proper time used was not credited. No clothing boxes were provided as promised, and all hanging clothes were wrapped in dirty moving blankets. No other option was available to customer. Over 10 days of promised refund of 1 hour. Credit had not been paid. Calls have been placed daily to report no check received, and no valid reason expressed by General Manager, Calls made and failed promises of refund daily. General Manager, Allen, did not show up as promised to place glass on dresser that movers did not do. No phone calls. Just a ''no show'' with no valid excuse except that he just ''forgot!'' I would not recommend this mover again due to actions of three male movers, and the failure of management to rectify problem as promised.

"FIRST OFF, I MUST APOLOGIZE TO THIS MEMBER. WE DID MOVE HER MOM IN EARLY DECEMBER, AND IT WASN'T SMOOTH. WHEN OUR EMPLOYEES STOP FOR FUEL OR LUNCH, THE BILL IS REDUCED BY THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME, WHICH WAS DONE AT THAT TIME. THE MEMBER DID NOT KNOW THAT THE MOVERS WERE GOING TO STOP, AND THAT LACK OF COMMUNICATION UPSET THE MEMBER. ALL OF OUR TRUCKS ARE EQUIPPED WITH 6 WARDROBE BOXES TO TRANSPORT THE MEMBER'S CLOTHING; I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE WERE NO WARDROBE BOXES ON THIS TRUCK, BUT IT HASN'T HAPPENED PRIOR TO THIS MOVE OR SINCE. WE CLEARLY DIDN'T INSPECT THIS TRUCK PRIOR TO IT'S LEAVING OUR WAREHOUSE. WE DID PUT HER GLASS BACK IN PLACE, BUT IT WAS SCHEDULED IMPROPERLY ON OUR PART, AND WAS COMPLETED THE NEXT DAY. A CHECK WAS ISSUED FOR A COMPLETE HOUR TO MAKE UP FOR THE MEMBER'S DIS-SATISFACTION. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THE MEMBER'S ESTIMATE WAS FOR $938, AND THE MEMBER ENDED UP PAYING $703.50, AND THEN GOT AN HOURS REFUND. WE CLEARLY HAD PROBLEMS ON THIS MOVE, BUT WE THINK WE TOOK CARE OF THE MEMBER IN THE END."

FOR THE MOVE OUT, EVERYTHING WAS ON TIME. THE MOVERS WERE VERY POLITE AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP MOVE THE FURNITURE TO THE TEMPORARY PLACES AND STILL KEEP THE REQUESTED PIECES ACCESSIBLE. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. FOR THE MOVE BACK IN, WE ENDED UP WITH A SHORT TIME DELAY. THEY DID SEND OUT TWO WORKERS WHO WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPED ME PUT FELT STICKY PADS ON ALL THE FURNITURE BEFORE IT WAS MOVED ONTO THE NEW WOOD FLOORS. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! WE WERE EXPECTING TWO MOVERS BUT THREE SHOWED UP (ON TIME) AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY MOVED ALMOST EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE, WAY MORE THAT I THOUGHT WOULD GET DONE. ALL THREE GUYS WERE VERY NICE, TOOK GREAT CARE OF OUR STUFF, AND EVEN SET UP THE BEDS WHEN WE GOT TO THE NEW HOUSE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

QUOTED HOURLY RATE AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED THAT THE MORE WE HAD THINGS READY, THE QUICKER AND CHEAPER THE JOB WOULD BE. WELL WE WEREN'T THAT READY OR ORGANIZED, SO IT BECAME A BIGGER JOB THAN I'D EXPECTED, BUT THE GUYS WORKED HARD NON-STOP AND WERE CAREFUL AND DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING, NOR MARK OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY SHOWED UP AS PROMISED, THEIR PEOPLE WERE ALL HARD WORKERS. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH OUR FURNITURE AND BOXES. THEY EVEN MOVED MY BABY GRAND PIANO. I WAS UNSURE ABOUT THEM MOVING MY ANTIQUE DISPLAY CABINET (15,000.00 VALUE) AS IT CANNOT BE REPLACED. PRIDE MOVERS DID IT WITHOUT A SCRATCH. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND ALWAYS REFER THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. THIS WAS OUR 3RD PRIDE MOVE!

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THE MOVERS WERE MORE CAREFUL WITH MY ANTIQUE FURNITURE FROM STORAGE, BUT HAD TO BE ENCOURAGED TO USE PADDING AND NOT STACK THE PIECES. HOWEVER, THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SPEED THAN TAKING CARE OF MY HOME FURNISHINGS AND SEVERAL PIECES HAD TO BE REPAIRED FOR SCRATCHES AND MISSING CHUNKS ON THE LEGS. THEY DID PACK DISHES WHICH WAS DONE VERY WELL.

I WOULD RECOMMEND PRIDE MOVING COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS. I GIVE THEM AN A+ FROM START TO FINISH. I HAD PICKED PRIDE MOVING COMPANY FROM THE YELLOW PAGES BECAUSE I SAW THAT THEY WERE ON ANGIE'S LIST. I WAS NOT A MEMBER AT THAT TIME, THUS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY IN COMPLEMENTING THEM ON A JOB WELL DONE. I MOVED THE END OF FEBRUARY 2005. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE JOB THAT WAS DONE BY ELLIOT AND RODGER. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND POLITE THE WHOLE TIME. NOT ONE PIECE OF MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED IN ANYWAY. I DID THE PACKING MYSELF, WHICH HELPED KEEP THE COST DOWN.

TRIED TO USE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON FOR 50% OFF ON ALL MOVING SUPPLIES. PURCHASED FIRST SET OF BOXES - NO PROBLEM. RAN SHORT AND WENT BACK TO PRIDE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL BOXES. REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY RUDE, STATED THAT HE WOULD HONOR THE COUPON ''THIS TIME'' BUT THAT THE COUPON WAS MEANT TO BE USED ONLY BY ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS WHO ARE ACTUALLY HIRING PRIDE TO MOVE THEIR BELONGINGS. THIS WAS A SMALL MOVE OF JUST MY DAUGHTER'S THINGS INTO HER OWN APARTMENT, SO WE DID NOT NEED TO HIRE A MOVER TO MOVE BOXES THAT WE COULD MOVE BY CAR. NOWHERE ON THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON DOES IT STATE THAT YOU MAY ONLY USE THE COUPON IF YOU ARE HIRING PRIDE MOVERS TO MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE TREATMENT AND ATTITUDE OF THIS PROVIDER AND BASED UPON THIS EXPERIENCE, I DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE PRIDE MOVERS FOR OUR LARGE UPCOMING MOVE OF OUR ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD.

AT FIRST THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE OF $744. THE FINAL COST WAS $1,417 WHICH, AFTER I COMPLAINED, CUT TO $1,300! HE NEVER EVEN CAME TO LOOK AT THE JOB BEFORE DOING THE WORK.

"We were always professional, were told we were only packing (2 rooms) a few boxes in kitchen on initial call and on confirmation, we arrived and it was almost a full pack and move. They were totally unprepared items strewn throughout the home. We told them that we never looked at the job and confirmed our hourly rates three times. We were told we were moving furniture and about 25 boxes. We moved in excess of 140. The home was a mess and there were barely passage ways to get around in the house. The crews and office staff were always professional in conduct and manner and cannot compensate them for irresponsibility. As for damage they claim, we deny that, as it was never made as a claim within the 14-day timeframe. We have not been able to confirm that it was our responsibility, make and models and ages of products."

THEY HAD TO DO TWO STOPS TO PICK UP PARCELS FROM A STORAGE AREA, AND THEN DELIVERED TO TWO DIFFERENT AREAS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, THEY MOVED THINGS EASILY AND WELL, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK. WE WERE AMAZED AT HOW FAST WE GOT MOVED. THEY STARTED AROUND 9AM AND WERE FINISHED BY 1PM. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO HELPED PUT THINGS BACK TOGETHER THAT HAD BEEN TAKEN APART, AND THEY HELPED US MOVE THINGS AROUND IN THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO WORK WITH US.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I USED THIS COMPANY. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO VERIFY IF THEIR TRUCK WOULD BE ABLE TO MOVE EVERYTHING IN ONE TRIP. I WAS ASSURED IT WAS POSSIBLE. I KNEW IT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN BECAUSE OF ALL MY STUFF AND THEIR TRUCK SIZE. BECAUSE I HAD USED THE COMPANY BEFORE I STAYED WITH THEM. TWO TRIPS WERE REQUIRED. RECOMMEND THEM. HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE A 2900 SQ FOOT HOUSE EXPECT POSSIBILITY OF 2 TRIPS AND PAYING MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE GIVEN.

THE THREE MAN CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT. THEY DO A GREAT JOB OF PROTECTING FURNITURE WITH PLASTIC WRAP PRIOR TO MOVING IT. THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB TAKING APART AND REASSEMBLEING A KING SIZE BED. THEY MAY BE A LITTLE BIT MORE EXPENSIVE THEN OTHER MOVERS, BUT THEY ARE THE BEST. MY FIANCEE' AND I ARE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS!
