They did a decent job. They were here all day, and my roof was in the process of replaced and bad storm came through then they had to come back at 10pm to fix the leak, and fix the ceiling. I was extremely happy with them.

It?s a rental but I haven?t had any complaints from the tenant as far as I know they did everything they were supposed to do.

Considerably lower price than two other contractors I received quotes from. Mike was on time, extremely personable yet professional at the same time. Installation went perfectly, Love the unit he recommended. Mike even called me a few days after job was complete to make sure all was well and that I was satisfied with his service and equipment ( unheard of these days) Answer was a resounding YES!! Our appointment was set for 8 a.m. and Michael showed up promptly at 8 a.m.. As usual, he was friendly and cheerful. We were just getting a service call for our air conditioner. He opened our unit to show us the filter that had been in there was the wrong size (I think we may have replaced it ourself the last time :-( He had pre-ordered the size we needed. He check all connections, cleaned out everything, and went onto the roof (we are in a condo and compressor is on the roof) to check out the compressor. He took pictures of unit on roof, and explained all things he found. He recommended some further work, but said it was not something that needed to be done right away. The cost of $139 was for a one year service agreement (this visit, plus one more).
