Premier Pro did a fantastic job. They always showed up on time. Everything they said would happen, happened. They acted in a very professional manner. Their craftsmanship was first-class. Dennis and his two compadres genuinely cared about how they did their job. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen knowing that we will enjoy it for many years to come. Its all the extras that they performed that go above and beyond the norm.I have used this contractor for three large remodel jobs and have been very pleased every time. I would not even consider another because the price is very reasonable and the work is great.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and clean. They protected the rest of my house by applying plastic floor to ceiling covering. Denis was easy to reach either by phone or email and very considerate. They were punctual and I can not say enough good things about them. I had recently been scammed and was leery at first but they gained my trust and I would recommend them to anyone.

It is my pleasure to write a review on the work completed by Premier Pro Construction, LLC. This is our third project with this company owned by two very hard working and trustworthy young men, Denis and Paige. My husband and I think the world of these guys and respect the fine work that they do each day. 

The project from start to finish was completed in approximately 4 weeks with care and attention to the layout of our small kitchen. Denis submitted a written project layout, permits were obtained from our city and they went to work! The cabinets, sink and granite were purchased from Oldja Enterorises and the appliances, garbage disposal, sink faucet, and tile for backsplash were purchased from local retailers. The price quoted above is for the work performed to demolish the old kitchen, haul it away to the dump. install the cabinets with knobs and install appliances, install a new ceiling in the kitchen, remove popcorn ceiling in living room and hallway, install ceiling lights in kitchen and hallway, and tile the backsplash. Tom did a great job with the tiled backsplash and Medo was a precision painter. 

Denis, Paige, and their two workers Medo and Tom demolished our old kitchen in about a day. Once the work began, these guys worked Mon-Fri. While on the job, they labored almost non-stop with few breaks taken until they left for the day. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work area, spending time to ensure the area was left in safe condition.  

I feel very fortunate to have found this company several years ago to complete several projects in our home. The previous projects included a bathroom remodel & storage enclosure and were finished with expertise in a timely manner. This company knows what they are doing and are always available to offer advise or answer questions. We have several other projects lined up with them and feel confident that the work will be completed with attention to detail and to our satisfaction.

Premier Pro is an extremely professional company. We called them after an unreliable company didnt complete the job. Premier Pro came in and corrected their mistakes and completed the rest of the work. They were easy to work with and very reliable. They were also extremely clean and polite. They made sure we were happy with every single detail of their work. I would highly recommed their services and we plan to use them if we need future projects done.

We have had three projects done over the last few months by Premier Pro.  We had a complete remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. The above is their cost not including appliances, cabinets, granite, tiles, hardware, supplies, glass.  Total cost of projects was about $56,000.
All three jobs were done professionally.  Denis and Paige, the owners,  are super easy to work and get along with.  They are also extremely neat.  Clean up every day before they leave.  On or the other or both are always on the job and sometimes have another person or two helping but one is always there.
We have a 95 year old house and a couple of issues came up but they were able to come up with workable solutions and held their price to their quote.
They are timely and show up and keep you informed of their progress.  
Would highly recommend and would use again. In fact recommended to one of our acquaintances and they just finished their kitchen and they have told us they are extremely pleased also.

Denis and his crew did a great job on the tile and paint job. I lived in my condo during the project and they made sure I had a place to sleep every night and that I was as comfortable as I could be, given the work taking place. They were good about the fact that my two cats were there as well and would let them out of the bathroom where I kept them during the day when they departed each evening. Many contractors I contacted wouldn't even bid on my job since I live in a condo, due no doubt to the pain-in-the-neck factor, but it didn't seem to bother them at all. Everything looked great in the end. However, they broke my kitchen faucet while there and I have been trying to get them to fix it for months, to no avail. I just ordered the replacement part myself, as I'm tired of looking at a broken faucet. This is an irritation I could live without. My advice to anyone who uses them is, if you have a similar problem, don't pay them until it's taken care of. I wish I hadn't.

We are so happy we chose Premier Pro Construction for our project. For my family, this was a large undertaking so we were naturally hesitant to hire just any contractor. However, we could not have made a better choice when we decided to proceed with Premier Pro Construction. From start to finish, the level of service provided by Denis and Paige would be hard to match. You can tell they really care about the results and take pride in their work. Denis and Paige were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the progress and results (even down to the smallest detail). They were always professional, friendly, and accommodating to changes as the project progressed. They offered us valuable insight on product choices and helped guide us along the way. The end result is the project turned out fantastic and we plan on hiring them again for our bathroom remodel.

We could not have received better service. Denis and Paige were professional, courteous, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire project. Our family (including young children) were living side-by-side with this renovation and at every turn Denis went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable despite the realities of a project on this scale. We are very happy with the work completed and our bathroom in particular is spectacular. We highly recommend Premier Pro Construction.

This was our second job by Denis and Paige. We were very pleased with the new bathrooms they did for us last year and they certainly lived up to our expectations again. They removed, walls, ceiling and floors to give us a new kitchen. As we are snow birds we picked everything out in September, gave them a deadline for completion the next month and it was done on time. Also being in another state during construction was easy because all text and calls were returned quickly. Denis also has excellent ideas for finishing touches that I was very happy with. Of course there were touch ups to complete, as expected, but Denis gets right to it. Our only problem last year was not having a cleaning crew after but he made sure that didn't happen this time. We moved right in.

These guys are awesome! They are always on time, professional, and did an outstanding job.  No wonder they get Service Provider awards!  They kept me in the loop at what their schedules were, and what they were doing.  Offered suggestions on some areas that I wasn't sure about (picking type of lights for under cabinet, placement of door handles, etc...).  The entire job (start to finish) was less than 3 weeks. And, that was with these guys having to wait for granite to be template, cut and installed before they could continue.  Can't say enough good about this entire team.  I'd highly recommend them to anyone that wants professional, honest and skilled craftsman to work on their kitchen/baths.

Our new kitchen is beautiful thanks to the top notch professional guys from Premier Pro Construction. Communication was key from the start of the project and we were kept informed of who was coming and when. The craftsmen show up when they say they are going to and kept the areas clean when leaving for the day. They take pride in their work and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the job. Thank you again Denis,& Paige!!

My experience with Premier Pro Construction and Denis was pain free. From the day I contacted them to the final touch ups I was treated with great respect and like I was never a bother. I'm a snow bird from IN so it was important that my project be complete before my husband and I arrived. I flew in for a week to pick out all the important supplies and Denis always had time for me. He was most helpful in choosing where to shop for the best price and leaving the details of "how to" for him. There was a major plumbing problem that came up and I didn't know anything about it till all was taken care of. I even had an unrelated AC problem and he made sure it was taken care of. He sent pictures as the project progressed so I wouldn't worry. I have had a lot of construction projects in the past (I even have 2 brothers that are contractors) and they always made it a headache to work with. I am very happy with my new beautiful bathrooms and Premier Pro Construction. The only suggestion to any person planning a major remodel is to plan to hire a cleaning company after finish project. I know Denis and his team cleaned but dust goes everywhere no matter how well they cover things (which they did very well). We plan to do our kitchen in the near future and Premier Pro will definitely be doing the project.

I found this company through Angie's List and they did perfect. I thought I was going to have a fire because I live in an old house and they came and did every single room, including light fixtures and switches. They did a good job. I did not think they would do that much, but they did. It was like six people at once. I did not think they were going to have that many people, but they got it done in record time.

I contacted Denis by phone, as I live in another state and this is a rental property.  He inspected the shower and gave me an estimate an for the project.  I gave Denis a deposit and and he proceeded to obtain a permit, purchase the tile, fixtures and all materials.  I was unable to be present during the any of process and relied upon him completely, reviewing his recommendations by phone only.  Denis finished the work and provided me with pictures of the work from start to finish.  He finished the project within the estimate, which was lower than another estimate I had received for the project.  The finished shower was beautiful and my reliance upon him was rewarded.  I have used many contractors over the years and Denis was one of the best ones I have ever used.

The $14K only includes basic construction materials.  It does not include plumbing materials, electrical materials or all your optional finishes, choice of fixtures, cabinets, tile, etc.  Be sure you understand this before you get started.  The company will provide all receipts for materials they purchase to do the job (except the basic materials that are included).  You will be asked to sign a contract.  A few days after the job began we made out first payment.  Throughout the project, the receipts were presented for payment.  And the last payment was made after everything was completed.
Although he has many skills that he brings to the job, Denis is a general contractor and uses a group of specialized contractors with whom he has worked many times.  All of these people did a great job.  Premier Pro is responsible for these contractors and there is no 'figure pointing' if something is not done correctly.  It is Premier Pro's responsibility to be sure the specialists do their job properly.  This worked out just fine & there were no issues.
Denis and his crew were pleasant to work with.  We were not in residence and therefore, Denis made several sound decisions, which we were happy with. 
All the work was very professionally done.  Near the end of the project, and after we moved in, we compiled a 'punch list' of items that were not yet completed and were given 2 to 3 weeks to live with everything, at which time Denis came back and finished everything.
Denis advised us in the most cost effective way of doing some projects, then it was up to us to decide if that's how we wanted to do them. 
The company were beyond what was contracted for to make us happy.  And we were.

So far it has gone excellent and Denis and his crew have been very compatible and tried to do things just as we wanted  They always cleaned up as they worked and made as little mess as possible.  We had trouble getting the custom cabinet built so Denis took it upon himself to build it for us.  Job has been completed as of 6-13-13.  We are extremly satisfied with the results and when we remodel our other bathroom and kitchen we will call Denis again.

Although Denis provided the original estimate his business partner Paige did all the work.  This led to a bit of a communication problem as Paige was not always aware of things Denis and I had originally discussed, but nothing major.  Paige and crew showed up promptly each day between 830 and 900 to perform the work.  They completed demolition of the bathroom in one day and spent the next two weeks reassembling the bathroom. They did a good job managing the mess caused by the demolition by covering the floor and furniture around the bathroom.  The rebuilding of the bathroom was done well.  They made sure to use cement board around the shower and green board on the other walls.  They did a great job with the taping and mudding of the wall seams.  They did a good job on the tiling, though there are a few spots that could have been a bit better...again nothing too significant.  They did a great job texturing and painting the walls, mounting the toilet, and installing the sink/vanity.  The light fixture had to be mounted upside down as the electrical box was not mounted high enough on the wall, but I can live with that.  The project took a total of 13 business days (excluding weekends).  We are very happy with the final outcome as the bathroom looks great.  The only thing I would change if I had to do it over again is to flush mount (recess in wall) the medicine cabinet as it sticks out a little more than I expected.

Denis Trakilovic and his all European team were meticulous in their work and provided Old World craftsmanship to all aspects of this project. They started the project as scheduled and stayed with it to its completion, on time and within its very reasonable budget.
We can see why Premier Pro Construction was named Contractor of the Year in our area. We are very pleased with the results.
