The process was HORRIBLE.  Knowing it was a used bike I specifically asked them if they had serviced it at all.  I did my research and learned all the "gotchas" regarding the exact bike.  I asked them very specific questions.  They promised me that the bike had been fully disassembled and everything checked.  They assured me TWICE regarding this.  Within a week the bike started showing issues.  I tried to have it serviced by them but it sat in their shop for 2 days before I got fed up and took it back.  I began working on it myself and discovered that the air filters were so old that they had disintegrated into a black sand and were getting sucked into the engine.  BAD!!  The oil was also black as tar showing no signs that it had been changed at all.  The crankcase vent had a missing hose and was spewing oil all over the front of the bike. I tried like crazy to contact them about the bike but there was "nothing they could do."
After 5 months the bike began backfiring and shutting off like crazy and no mechanic has been able to solve it. 
Since then it has had major carburetor work, replaced the failing ACCT's (automatic cam chain tensioners), replace the spark plugs, replace the ignition coils, and MANY other issues. 
These jerks did NOTHING to help once the bike was sold.  They pride themselves on how many bikes they sell.  It seems they are more interested in flipping bikes than servicing the suckers they've sold them to.

The BRAND NEW scooter has already cost $300+ in delivery fees and repairs in addition to the $1000 I originally paid. The scooter just came home a week ago and it is down AGAIN the same problem. I am very upset as I will now have to have it taken back and be charged AGAIN for pick up and delivery fees. I asked this company to simply cover those fees, I felt this request was completely reasonable. They were suppose to have it fixed before it was brought back. I was told NO they would not do this. What's great is they know I have no other choice but to get the scooter to them, they are just nickel and diming me to get the max profit. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. Also their so called "warranty" is a crap, it covers parts but not labor. The parts are not expensive the labor is. Do not listen to google reviews, they are a bunch of lies.
