Bob was the most professional person I have hired to do a home project, he was artistic like in his work with tile, and just an overall great person!!

Wonderful. The work was immaculate, precise, and very tastefully executed. Bob is a pleasure to work with and not only does he do exact work, but he also understands aesthetics to make the space look great. My kitchen looks like a showroom. My father has done home improvement for 36 years and he said Bob’s work is extremely well done.

Bob came out on a Thursday to do our estimate - said we would be responsible for tile and grout. No problem. Picked up tile on Friday - texted him and he started the job Monday. He was prompt and fast and did a fabulous job! If we are in the market for additional tile work, he's our guy!

Rob answered my first call...was able to fit our job in between larger jobs...showed up on time or early...excellent communication...great work. Would highly recommend as I am in real estate and can help out other agents use him. Thanks Rob!

Mr. Robert Ruggiero was very professional and responsive to all my questions. He initially discussed the installation of the tile and went over each step of the job before he started the project. He was meticulous about his work and how the tile would be placed on the backsplash. I was very impressed with his use of the laser to assure a level installation. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up the area and checked to see that everything was in place, and was to my satisfaction. This man does quality work. Thank you Mr. Ruggiero.

The back splash we picked was a glass that is very hard to install but, Bob did a Perfect job. He showed up when he said he would, installation was perfect and he then cleaned up after himself. He will be the person i refer my friends to and use again when needed.

Bob did a great job! It turned out better then I thought. He showed up on time if not early He was very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend him to others including my Mom for her Kitchen backsplash.

It went great. Bobby is by far the best I have ever met. I work for a tile distributor/importer and have been in the tile business for over 30 years. I have access to many installers that I could use. I have used Bobby for all my work along with my families and friends. Everyone I have recommended Bobby to have been very satisfied. He is totally trust worthy and reliable. Works a full day with little to no breaks. Full of great ideas and suggestions. This is the kind of person who becomes your friend because of his great personality.

This is the best contractor I have ever worked with. the end product was beautiful. Very punctual and stayed on schedule. Was very neat and respectful of property. Would definitely rehire again.

What a great experience! This Contractor is a joy to work with. He's punctual, professional, a technical expert, and very reasonably priced. He immediately and correctly analyzed the problem, gave me a price, tore out the shower to the beams, and completely rebuilt it in 1 week (Friday-Thursday). It's better than I had every hoped. Do yourself a favor and hire this guy.

I was very pleased with the plank tile installation. Bob scheduled the project a week in advance. Both Bob and Jack arrived right on schedule. Bob informed me that it would take three days to complete the project and it was completed right on time. I was impressed with their craft skill and knowledge. I was very pleased with the entire process. The floor looks beautiful. I will be sure to use Pinellas Pasco tile for any future tile projects.    

They were prompt, informative and very professional.  The clean up was excellent even as they worked.  The work was done in an extremely timely manner.  I will be having them lay additional tile in my kitchen in the near future.

When we were referred to Bob we were very distressed about the previous poor work. Bob was a breath of fresh air. He explained everything in great detail. He explained why the whole job had to been done over. He proceeded to  give us an estimate, and plan to do the work the next week !!!!! 
Bob and his partner Jack came as they said they would, and set to work tearing the tiles out. They had to work carefully as we had a new tub there. They were meticulous. Next day, install the tiles, which took most of the day.Their tile cuts and attention to all of the details is perfect, nothing less. The next day they grouted the tiles, again, perfect. They cleaned up just beautifully too. All was finished in time for house guests the next day.
There is no way to say how happy we are with this job. We were beyond upset with the other contractor, and Bob just wiped that bad memory away. 
Next.... another bathroom renovation. Bob will be doing that too. No reason to look any further.

I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. The job was completed  quickly.  Robert was very professional & passionate about his work. He went above & beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I will be sure to  use him in the future for bath remodels & also refer him to friends & family.

When Bob first came to quote the job he showed a great amount of knowledge in his field. He knew alot abouut all the lateset teqniques and metal edging and gave us all the nesscasary information to make our decisions. He took what was in our minds and made it come true. They used the latest tools and supplies available to make the tile come out PERFECT !! I will be honest I thought the price was a little high at first- then as the job progressed I realized how much work was involved to make it right and would pay that price again and again for this type of quality! My wife is absolutely in love with this sexy shower and is showing everyone who comes over. Bobs attention to details is above and beyond and his layout is absolutely fantastic!! I wouldnt change a thing they did, we have absolutely no regrets hiring his company.

Bob, Jack and Joe were just great guy to do the tile work I wanted done after my house got some flood damage. They were here ever day and did a great job. I couldn't ask for any better. I am thinking of doing my my kitchen next and they will be the ones I call to do the work. Bob and Jack are the ones who do the tile work and they are perfectness.

It went very well. They did a great job.  They demolished the old sunken shower and removed the toilet and vanity. They rebuilt the shower walls that had rotted and leveled the tile well.  They raised the floor of the 80's sunken shower and put in a new drain. He was very willing to work with me to add accent tiles exactly where I wanted them.  They were very accommodating of the plumber's schedule. They were both very pleasant.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'll start by saying this was probably the best experience I've ever had with a professional contractor.
The first tile company I hired for my bathroom tile floor and walls didn't work out, but Bob at Pinellas Pasco Tile was able to correct or hide those issues and did a FLAWLESS job with the second half of the installation (and I'm quite picky).
- Precision cuts everywhere, but I was particularly impressed that he was able to match the exact curve of my bathtub edge; serious attention to detail and quality workmanship

- GREAT communication. Bob took time to explain important facts about the types of materials he uses and why. Also, Bob called weeks after the project was finished to check to make sure I was still pleased with the project and to ask if I had any questions or needed anything!
- Caring and trustworthy. When I was initially getting estimates, Bob was caring enough to let me know that, even if I didn't hire him, I could call him with any questions I had at any time.
