I CALLED MIKE BECAUSE AN AQUAINTANCE HAD USED HIS SERVICES AS WAS VERY HAPPY AND HE'D GOTTEN GREAT REVIEWS ON ANGIE'S LIST . BUT HE DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS FOR A WEEK. THEN, WHEN WE FINALLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. WHEN I CALLED HIS CELL PHONE, HE ACTED AS IF HE'D FORGOTTEN, THEN SAID HE HAD TO GO HOME BUT HE'D CALL ME IN FIFTEEN MINUTES. AFTER THIRTY MINUTES, I CALLED HIM AGAIN. FINALLY, HE SHOWED UP. ALTHOUGH I'D ASKED HIM ON THE PHONE IF HE COULD START THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND HE'D SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE, HE NOW SAID IT WOULD BE ONE TO TWO WEEKS (COULDN'T SAY WHICH). HE SEEMED TO KNOW HIS STUFF, AND HE MAY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT I WAS CONCERNED HE MIGHT NOT SHOW UP FOR THE JOB OR NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN IT WAS ONGOING.
