Lawn Tool Repair
We brought our electric lawn mower in to be repaired- it was purchased brand new and stopped running after about 1 year.they kept it for more than a month. They never called us. we had to keep calling them, asking when it would be ready. They kept telling us "at the end of the week" and so whe we went down (different times) they said it wasn't ready. Finally we said we just wanted it back, and they made us pay $50 to get the mower back, un repaired! Really an awful place.
