Installed and works great.  Brett made sure we knew how to properly operate, and after job was done cleaned up and left my dock as clean as when he started.  Will definitely use in the future.

Lift works great.  Going to have them install a remote for the lift on a later date.

Mark from Pelican Lift Services stopped by to take measurements of my lift cables and said he could do it sometime next week, he would order the cables for the lift in the meantime.


The following week, Mark with Pelican Lift Services gave me a call said he had the cables ready and would stop by to replace the cables that afternoon.


Mark and his helper had the old cables off and the new cables installed in no time.  He did an excellent job.

They have always been great. Mark always either answers my calls or returns them. Show up on time, have good prices and do great work. Best of all they provide a lot of information and know how on how to operate and maintain a lift. They have talked me through operation issues on the phone and even stopped by just to see how things were going (as this was my first lift). Most recently the remote stopped working. Mark stopped by and tuned the transmitter (while showing me how to do it myself) at no charge even though it was not something he had originally installed. I recommend them to everyone and will use them again if I ever need anything done on my dock or lift.

These people are great. They provide good quality work for a reasonable price. I am a first time boat owner and Mark spent two hours of his time helping me dock and teaching me about the lift. He did not even want to charge for that. I wish all service providers were all so professional and such a joy to work with.

Left voicemail late in the day. Call was returned promptly. In a professional manner that did not make me feel and quot;small,and quot; the person told me they were booked and would not be in a position to handle a job of my size for some time. She readily referred me to someone they recommed for lift servicing. I spoke with that person. He too was professional and punctual. I have yet to decide who I am using for the work.

They were very flexible in terms of scheduling which I really appreciated. Furthermore, they were very accomodating of the fact that I live out of town. Specifically, they allowed me to mail them a check after the work had been completed since they couldn't be sure of the final costs.
