Amazing job, quality trees, top notch customer service to start! We ordered our palms with an estimated delivery date based on our pool builders estimate and that had to be adjusted a couple times. Install crew was top notch, professional and extremely careful of our property, fence and new pool!

Great quality Foxtail Palms. They arrived on time and planted the trees quickly. Knowledgable about the palms and gave good instructions on how to care for them.

We have been working with Palm Trees Direct since they first opened their doors. We find their customer service, pricing and quality are much better than the chain stores. They have installed landscape on half our property and all plants have survived and still look beautiful after three and a half years. They were punctual, polite, and clean. We will be calling them again to complete our landscape. We refer them to our neighbors and friends who have not complained either.

On a scale of 1 to 10 during the sale they were a 10, but their replacement of plants, which failed to thrive, or replacement of dead or dying plants, they are a 1. I believe they care about what they are doing, but their follow through is extremely poor.

"Thank you member. The member has used us several times since this post. We sell the highest quality plant material in Pinellas County. After we agreed to replace the plants, Mr Ali was placed on the schedule for replacement, even though the plants were not defective. Plants thrive when they are in the right place, with the right conditions. Other customers were already scheduled ahead of him and we were unable to put them in the "next day". Ultimately, his plants were replaced in a reasonable amount of time, at no cost to him."
