We are a small family run business 1-5 employees. You can reserve your items online. Payment methods include Credit Card or PayPal. Our company has been servicing the Tampa Bay Area and local beaches since 2008. We do not charge delivery or pick up fees, it is part of our service. If delivery or pick up can not be arranged in advance with your destination we deliver at your convenience. No matter what time you will arriving or departing.

Delivery was on time and as promised. Call on day prior to delivery to verify address; helped with set-up of car seat - all good.

I went online, picked out the items I needed reserved and paid right there. I received immediate confirmation and a few days before our trip I received a phone call from Pack Less Play More confirming delivery times. We arrived at our Condo, and the delivery was prompt. The company was great, we forgot to rent a much needed item after the original delivery. Pack Less Play More returned within an hour of us calling requesting the item. No additional fee was added. The equipment was clean, new and safe for us to use. At pick up I mentioned we were unable to use a beach canopy due to the weather. With no questions asked Kelcy said she would refund the canopy. I was refunded the next morning! Pack Less Play More had great customer service and great equipment!
