Making the appointment was easy. Brian showed up on time, performed the inspection, and filed all the necessary paperwork with my insurance company. I have already received a refund check. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.

I called OSI and made an appontment. Brian was to be at my house between 9:30 and 10:30. He was there at 9:30! He was very thorough and very professional. Beyond the requirements of the 4-Point, he also identified some items in my house that would qualify for a discount on my insurance rate and assisted with that separate paperwork. After he finished his inspection, he promised to e-mail the reports directly to my agent that day - and he did. He lived up to every commitment. This was just a great experience!

Brian at OSI was recommended by a friend in my book club. I had been booted by State Farm and had to get Citizens insurance for my 1950's vintage home, so I needed the 4 point inspection they require for older homes. In addition I knew I didn't qualify for half of the Safe Florida Home features, but Brian did inspect my house for the things that we knew I would qualify for: shutters on all openings, solid construction. He arrived at the appointed time. Was thorough and professional in the inspection and gave me some safety pointers above and beyond the requirements of the inspections I had asked for. I couldn't have asked for better service. Because of the inspection report I not only got my insurance but I also qualified for approx. $700 in discounts for wind mitigation and solid construction.
