It took them over a month to finish the installation In a VERY small kitchen. They came back 4 times to redo all there mistakes. Micro wave door would not open because they left a spacer out. Pantry shelves would not slide out because installed it to close to the wall. I can not use stoves left side burners because they installed the pantry touching the Side of the stove...and in my opinion creating a fire hazard. They used a upper cabinet for a base cabinet. Both doors on my upper dish cabinet must be opened to get dishes out. One base cabinet was installed too close to another cabinet casing the draw to hit the handle when you try and open it. The counter top is a total disaster. They were supposed to come and make a template of the countertop to have it cut to size. They never made the template they did it from measurements. I have a completely horrible countertop with seams that are higher than the other side. the workmanship on this whole kitchen is subpar.doors are starting to fall off. I'm afraid to call them to fix it because I don't know what other disaster will happen when they enter my home. I am extremely extremely unhappy with this service and lack of service. They are and have not been acting in professional manner at all.I have pictures I would be more than happy to post if that would be of any help. My only prayer is that no one else uses this company and has to go through what I went through to try and have a complete kitchen. To this day I still have holes inside the cabinets that they drilled and never filled in with all the rearranging and taking out and replacing they did to try and make kitchen usable.

My wife and I bought a condominium in St. Petersburg Florida back in 2012.  Needless to say, there was plenty of remodeling to be done before we retired and officially moved this past March 2014 to our new residence. Two of our major remodeling needs were to totally remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms.

So after researching a few remodeling contractors, getting recommendations, and getting several estimates, we chose ONE STOP KITCHENTS & BATH in St. Petersburg Florida to fulfill our remodeling needs and desires.  The cabinets and accessories, the sinks, the countertops and other items we chose and had installed were based on a really professional company?s expertise.  One Stop Kitchens and Bath had very knowledgeable sales people, project coordinators, installers and owners who really listened to and advised us in regards to what we wanted.  They really cared about our personal needs and requests, they were licensed, they knew how to order and install their products, and they were very easy to work with even though we were several hundred miles away during the installation process.

I might add that One Stop Kitchens & Bath recommended another very professional remodeling contract company that they have worked in tandem with over the years. That company is called Deep South Construction. They took care of the licensed plumbing and electrical needs, painting, tile and back splash installations, and other remodeling needs that were required.

Finally, we recently came down from up north to review the remodeling project that was completed.  All I can say is thank you to Laurie, Art and Renee and other members of your team at One Stop Kitchens and Bath who helped guide us through this project. And thank you Bruce for the professional remodeling work that you and your team at Deep South Construction did for us.  These remodeling projects were reasonably priced, and my wife Sandy and I are so grateful for the professional remodeling work that was completed beyond our expectations.

"It is always concerning to me to hear we were not responsive to a customer request. If you would please call (727) 328-8600 and ask for Greg so I can insure this doesn't happen to another customer. Thank you for your assistance with this matter."

I wish that One Stop would have taken more time telling me about the cabinets and how they determine the size and the placement etc.  Other questions, that I did not know to ask, but I feel they should have brought them up at our meetings.
They have a contractor do the demo and installation.  I don't think he was as carefeul about the demo and he could have been.  Some plumbing items were torn out that he could have left.  He was in a hurry to finish the installation in one day.  I called him back the next day to fix all the issues I had.  They were obvious visual issues.

It is going slow, but results so far are to our liking.
Because of the various coordination having to be overseen and our avoidance of insistence on faster service, it has taken a lot more time than we anticipated.
There are a few more factors to be resolved, but our patience has paid off with some benefits we will find useful and desirable .

They were very good. I have no complaints. They did come out again after the warranty expired but they did come out just for the service call when we had a problem with one of our fancy doors. They were responsive. They showed up on time and they did a good job.

Phenomenal experience  - start to finish.  We completely renovated our home and One Stop gets the MVP award for their work on our kitchen.  We contacted three top rated Angie’s List kitchen renovation companies.  One guy was condescending; another lady took two hours of our time going over options then never returned a design or quote, and a third lady just would not listen to what we wanted.  We stopped in One Stop to look at their showroom and were instantly impressed with our salesman Tim.  We were going for a modern, sleek concept and he immediately walked us through the show room and made suggestions.   When we discussed our budget Tim gave us a couple options and explained the difference in quality of product so we could make an informed choice.  He and Greg (the owner) came out to measure the kitchen and discuss more options.  Tim designed our kitchen using CAD technology and sent us a draft.  They call this place One Stop but we must have made 20 stops because we kept changing our mind, adding features, re-working the design, etc.  We figured we only get one chance to design our kitchen so we wanted it to be exactly what we wanted.   Tim agreed and let us know he’d rather put the effort in on the front end to ensure satisfaction.  One Stop was great with giving us samples and letting us keep several samples of cabinetry and counters so we could be certain we were making the right choice to meet our concept.  Tim was so patient and easy to work with.  He was helpful throughout the process and always took the time to explain options and discuss features.  Frankly, if I were him I would have lost patience with us but he was always a professional.  Renee, the coordinator, could not have been better.  She knows her stuff and is extremely organized.  No e-mail or phone call ever went un-returned.  I never once had to worry if something was or was not going to get done.  She gave me piece of mind the job would be completed to satisfaction.  The delivery guys were also great – they arrived on time and unloaded the product with care.  I can’t say enough good things about Jerry – the installer.  Precise, professional, communicated throughout the process to ensure an impressive finished product.   As with any huge job there will always be small hiccups but they were minimal and One Stop handled them in a timely matter and to our satisfaction.  The end result is a wow factor that is off the charts.  The kitchen is literally the centerpiece of our home and everybody comments on it.  We have friends with million dollar homes and they are impressed with the design, style, and quality of our kitchen.    I can’t recommend One Stop more highly.   If I had to do it all over again I would not have changed a thing.  I’m thrilled with One Stop and every time I’m in my kitchen I am thankful for their expertise and professionalism.  Thanks again to Tim, Renee, Jerry, Greg, and the rest of the crew!

Great service, tons of selection.  But quoted me a price for pre-fabricated cabinetry that was equivalent to quotes for custom cabinets.  Went custom instead.

The job ran very smoothly. We had a few cabinets that came in wrong and they were quickly replaced. In fact one of the cabinets was put in with a screw that was not recessed which ended up scratching the one next to it. One Stop came in, saw it without our saying anything about it and immediately contacted the cabinet company to have the door replaced. They came back at the end of the job to make sure that all of the doors were adjusted properly.

"At One Stop Kitchens & Bath, Inc. we try to take every precaution possible to ensure our customers know exactly what to expect when their new cabinets arrive. We painstakingly go through a complete documentation process describing every aspect of their purchase. Including documents signed by every customer explaining the exact construction of every component of the cabinetry (i.e. door construction, cabinet construction, drawer box construction etc.). Our customers sign and receive floor plans and elevations showing the layout of their new kitchen. These drawing show in great detail the size and height of the cabinetry as well. We also require a second measure (most often done by myself, the owner of One Stop) in which the details of the project can be and are often discussed. Whenever we see a change in the height of pass thru cabinets for example I note it to the customer. As for installation timelines, we have included in our documentation (which is also signed by each customer) a “Customer Checklist…What to Expect” information packet to help our customers understand the installation process. In it we introduce the staff that you will be working with as well as what to expect before, during and after the installation of your cabinets. We try to cover as many variables as possible to insure your experience with our company is as pleasant as possible. Even with our documentation, second measuring and double checking, on occasion we may show our human side. When this happens it is always our policy to listen to and take care of our customer’s concerns in a professional manner. As the owner of One Stop I am just a phone call away, and more than willing to meet with my customers any time and day they wish. It is always our desire that every customer walk away from their experience with One Stop willing to give us a complete and resounding endorsement to their friends. It is because of our reputation that we have been in business 15 years and have survived one of the greatest recessions the construction industry has ever endured. In closing I can only ask that you come to our showroom where you are free to read the many letters we proudly display on our walls. These letters are from past customers, expressing their thoughts and experiences on their projects. We would love to show you one of our project files so you can see firsthand the efforts we take to get the job done right. Thank You for taking the time to read this response."

Their design was beautiful. They did such a good job they made the kitchen look bigger even though it hasn't changed. They were professional, and really helped you right down to every fine detail. Both the owner and his wife and all of the staff were really wonderful. It was worth every dime, very good value. All of the trade people they had were outstanding. Everything went like clockwork, they were exceptionally detailed. They were follow up and come and see how the work was progressing. They would make sure it was exactly how you wanted it before you gave them the last amount of money. I would recommend them to anybody, they were very good.

When I first walked in their shop on 22nd Avenue in St Petersburg, my husband and I spoke with a salesman who we found to be a bit rude, condescending and abrupt. We were leaving, but stopped to look at a detail in one of their display kitchens. Another salesman approached us and was so very helpful and pleasant. We decided to work with him further. He made several trips to the house, usually within a few hours of talking to us and we ended up signing a contract. He said he had to bring someone else to do the final measurements before placing the order and we were disappointed to find it was the first salesperson we had walked away from. Before signing the contract, I objected to the cost of the granite we had selected. Salesperson #1 said he would call the granite company and try to get them to reduce the price. He later said he had successfully gotten the price reduced, which is when we signed the contract. I found out later in my direct dealings with the granite company that he had never called them at all. The pricing they charged was what was passed through to us, prior to that, the higher price merely reflected the One Stop's attempt to make a large profit for having done nothing. For some unknown reason, there was a delay of almost 2 weeks from doing the final measurement to placing the order, which was distressing as they were very aware we were on a tight deadline. Then, salesperson #2 left for Christmas holiday and never returned. I called the company and asked for him by name. The person who answered the phone simply transferred me to someone who said hello. I greeted him by the name of the salesperson, and he said, he doesn't work here anymore, this is salesperson #1 and you'll be dealing with me now. The delivery guy finally called to schedule delivery and asked if I had made final payment. I said I hadn't and he then said he had to take payment before he would come out. I gave him my card number and he said he would give it to someone to process. He then called back and said they wouldn't accept that card (AmEx), could he have another number, which I gave him. They were not terribly well organized about this part of the process. There were a number of panels that were poorly made or finished, which they had to replace. The installer was not very good at communicating with me. The design showed the cabinets going all the way to the ceiling (including a cornice), but when installed, there was a gap, which they told me I would have to pay extra to get resolved. The installer then was able to fix it using existing materials. There was no glass in the glass-fronted cabinet. When I asked about it, I was told they hadn't included it in their pricing. I was adamant that if their salesman mis-priced it internally, that wasn't my problem. They sold me a glass fronted cabinet, which I had a right to expect to actually contain glass.

I had a very good experience with them. They were prompt and kept their appointment. They cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. When the cabinets came, one of them was obviously damaged. They didn't ask about it. They sent it back to the factory and that delayed the final installation. We preferred our cabinets in tack and we were happy with that. There was some miscommunication between us when we entered into the contract. They had to stop doing the cabinets when they were almost ready for the installation. They had to make them the height that we thought was cleary specified. They didn't give us any problems with that. We made other changes to the contract after it had been signed and they canceled each other out. We had no problems and they tried to accommodate us.

Price was competitive and the cabinets are high quality. We were initially very impressed with the attention to detail and suggestions made by the designer. However, installation did not go well. Communication during the installation was poor and customer service related to a big design misstep was unsatisfactory. Specific instructions were disregarded that resulted in damage to an expensive appliance.

Sales staff in Tampa prepared the drawings and contract. They were very professional and courteous through the entire process. The initial installation was very poor and had to be redone. Many of the cabinet doors were nicked, dented or broken. 14 of the doors and 3 of the drawer faces needed to be replaced. The initial installers were incompetent but the follow up repair and installation were top quality. They always showed up on time.
