This company is an authorized Cannon dealer. On Friday, I took the Laser Printer in for evaluation and repair. On Monday, the owner called to advise that a part was needed, the cost to repair, and that the printer would be ready that afternoon. This is a small repair shop where the workmanship and customer service are top notch. The owner and assistant explained how to prevent the recurrence of the problem. The printer is not small and I was pleased that they carried it to the car. In addition, the paper tray was adjusted to keep the paper at the correct level.
Description of Work: Repaired paper cassette flag sensor in Cannon Laser Printer.
