NORTHWEST COLLISION CTR

It went great, very happy with the outcome. They painted two parts on my SUV that matched the color of the rest of the vehicle. The factory did not offer these parts painted to match. I dropped off my SUV at the the end of Nov 16 and got it back when expected. They did a great job of washing the vehicle for delivery, it looked detailed.

Exceptional! Owner and staff are very attentive to the needs of the customer. Car returned to me in beautiful condition. Business went above the needs of service and touched up my car for dings/scratches to other parts of my car and also is going to clean my headlight covers free of charge.

Their estimate was the lowest of the five I solicited. They matched the color perfectly, and did a beautiful paint job. No one looking at the vehicle will be able to tell that those panels have been repainted. They even buffed out the hazed over headlights.

Excellent workmanship and very trustworthy! "Trustworthy" and "Body shop / collision center" are rarely used in the same sentence, but the use of the two together certainly applies to Northwest. The day before I was to pick up the car, Rich called to inform me that they had dinged the rear bumper in their lot. They wanted to keep the car an extra day to make sure it was flawless and finished right. Of course I agreed. When I picked up the car, they had added pin striping and door edge guards, which were not part of the original estimate. The repairs and matching of the new paint color to the old is outstanding! Rich was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional and friendly. I recommend them highly without any hesitation or reservations at all. They are the only body shop I will use from this point forward.

FABULOUS! They were accommodating and quick. Very easy to work with and took very good care of my car which I love so much! Moreover, the work was completed earlier than I expected. I had scraped the back passenger side of my car against a huge parking garage post, had some tiny damage under the driver side front fender and some weird marks on the driver side back door. Northwest Collision did a wonderful job and even buffed out their weird marks for free. 
I have to hope that I won't need to use them in the future but if I do end up with some body damage to my car (I hope not!), I will certainly go back to Northwest Collision.
Based on other Angie's List reviews and the fact that Northwest Collision has been in the same location for 54 years, I did not get other estimates.

Customer friendly writer and company owner. The insurance company of the at fault driver was in direct contact with Northwest Collision for additional work not noted by the original estimate from an independent adjustor and all went well.

They did an excellent job on repairing the car.

The work was quickly estimated, handled with our insurance company, and promptly repaired. The auto was picked up at our home and returned to our home as scheduled. The body work is flawless.

The work was extremely well done and finished on time. The really cared about doing the job correctly even replacing the striping on both sides of the car. Would recommend highly!

The at fault driver's insurance company was dragging its feet, and had not even sent out an adjuster. While I was waiting, I checked out auto body shops on Angie's List, and decided to go check out Northwest. The owner was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The next time I spoke to the insurance company, I mentioned I wanted to go to Northwest, and the process became much more efficient.
Northwest submitted photos and an estimate. Unfortunately, the cost of the repairs was close to the book value of my older car, even though it is low mileage. The insurance company was considering totaling my car. Northwest went to work and found other parts suppliers and brought the cost down so that the insurance company approved the repairs. The repair was done in three days, and the job was perfect.
It is rare to find a company in this area that demonstrates such competence and keeps its promises. I will use them again if needed, and have already recommended them to friends.
Oh, by the way, the office dog is a sweetie too.

They might look like a small operation, but I'd rather pay for quality than a fancy front office. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Finished work on time and even cleaned the car. Gave me a small bottle of the paint for future touch ups.

Excellent job and detailed car inside and out after work was done (was not expecting that). Job was done when promised.

They did a fantastic job. The whole repair cost was $270. They were on time and exactly on budget that they quoted me. I cannot think of one negative. I have used him for the first time. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
